Congrats to JA for most TDs in NFL history in first seven years

I just read an AI bot that said this. Can anybody confirm if this is true? If so, would Allen have the record? -

Hard to argue with that 2nd stat. Dare I say that the narratives are wrong? -
Should the Bills trust that Tyler Bass will return to form?

I knew he’d miss that 47 yarder before he kicked it. It’s not uncommon to have a kicker you’re nervous about, but how often do you have a kicker that you’re confident that he will miss? -

Allen closed out the game with a clutch 3rd and 4 run and then ran down the field in New Jersey like that Ravens fan punching everyone the other day. I don’t know what else you want from a starting QB? -
At least we came out on top of that officiating disaster.

1 Super Bowl and all his past stats will be seen in a new light. For example, how does nobody talk about him having the 2nd most rushing TDs for a QB ever?

So about the refs tonight UPDATE: Rams game discussion on page 14

Goodell doubles down every year saying the refs are great. It’s tone deaf. -

Big plays today were made by Bernard and Taron. Both guys out against the Ravens. Taron out vs Texans. He’s exactly the type of player that wins us the Texans game late. -

Just pure incompetence. They forgot why they were there. They had no sense of letting the game play out. Way out of their league. -

Well we have an elite QB so maybe something balances out. Long way to go. Injuries happen. Slumps happen. Yips happen. -

Ultra incompetent. Those refs needed an adult out there to get them in line. -

Get a good pass rush and this is a blowout in the 2nd half. He’s shook. -
What will next week’s hot take be?

Say what you want but that’s where the strong Christian faith comes into play. A man that’s strongly hated by this fanbase, Sean McDermott, is also well known from bouncing back from adversity. But we don’t talk about that here. -
This isn’t psych statistic 101 haha. Get out of here with your correlation/causation undergrad stuff. Einstein had a great thread last season that broke it down. Many of us predicted a big drop in turnovers with Davis/Diggs gone this year, if nothing else. We were right on.
-
Is it a coincidence that Allen went from Mr. Turnover to 0 interceptions with Davis gone? And Lawrence went from “can he break through” to “Mr. Bust” with Davis onboard?

Watch highlights of Curtis Samuel last years vs this year. The guy is still dealing with an injury. Fans ignore lingering injuries that are not immediately obvious and give up on players too soon.

Top 2 record the last 5 years. We’ll need to agree to disagree on the mediocrity.
-
Josh Allen 51-20 since 2020. Mediocrity? Or top tier that hasn’t gotten over the Chiefs hump?
-
Trubisky time?

As an organization we should be past this “every regular season game should be a dominant effort” and be more into “make the playoffs with home field and win the playoff games any way you can.” The same fans that crucify the team for this loss are the same fans the show up in every thread poo pooing a big win because “ it doesn’t matter until we beat the Chiefs in the playoffs.” Well which one is it? Now I’m hearing that we’re not good enough to go on a playoff run. Well I’m old enough to remember the team just barely beating the Pats to win the division in 2021 before two extraordinary games by Allen in the playoffs. Or how about the 6-6 record last year before waking up from the dead and winning the division and almost beating the Chiefs at home in the playoffs? What’s changed? No Diggs? I saw a declining possession receiver yesterday. We’re missing key guys all over the field. Very good starters. At some point you need to have confidence in the team for what they always come through on every year. And what is that? We always win the division and Allen always shows up in the playoffs. Just as the sun will rise in the morning. As for McDermott? The guy is all about growth and kaizan. He’s always growing and changing. Those are the types of guys who overcome the past. In my opinion, his “failures” are scapegoats for team collapses. Cause of those collapses? The universe is funny somehow, but one thing I know is that the universe, just like an accounting ledger, always balances out.
