Better weather, a team that's closer to success, and either as much, or more money? Why would I hate him for that? Edit: And isn't there no income tax in Florida? That's like a bonus as well.

I don't have much faith anymore. It's like believing in God when all your family dies over the course of 15 years. That being said, this season will be interesting. And I certainly hope we are successful. It'll be fun to see how last years rookies grow. It'll be fun to see our new rookies. At the very least, I'll be excited for about the first half of the season.. we'll see how things go after that mark though.

It's going to happen with more regularity, big time starters getting cut due to huge contracts. It's an interesting NFL. Dudes are getting signed to crazy numbers, but then teams also have to let go of players that are expensive... Wonder what the average length of time a player will stay on a team is going to be... a couple years? Anyways, I could see this happening to Mario within the next year or two. Even if he's producing at a high rate... 18-19mil (whatever it's going to be) is a lot of money tied up in one player. Especially for a franchise that really needs to maximize profits.

Good for him. Seriously. He got out while healthy, and he's valuing things above money. He got what he needed out of the NFL, now he can do whatever he feels like, and as long as he's smart about it, won't be running out of money anytime soon. Good luck to him. Sure beats getting into all sorts of financial trouble, retiring too late, and having a hard time walking by the time you're 40, while floundering in bankruptcy.

As much as a dome might be logical... there's no way anyone is paying for a new stadium. We're stuck with RWS until the team moves, most likely.

Because the insinuation was that the Bills will be moved if they don't sell out every game... so if they can't sell out boxes, they can't sell out seats... what else can they fill space with? Merchandising? More food choices? More fan entertainment zones? Will any of those bring in revenue? I'm assuming the answer is "no" and we should all just get used to the idea of the Bills moving sometime in the next decade.

What about if they remove seats and put up stores, vendors, fan activities, etc? Would selling the same number of tickets, but being a "sellout" keep them in Buffalo?

I'm a long time comic book reader, so this whole comic movie era has made me very happy. I know absolutely nothing about Guardians of the Galaxy, though... and you know what... I kinda like it that way. After seeing the preview, its the movie I'm looking forward to the most. I'm pumped.
