I guess we look at things differently because on one hand you say i'm condescending but it's okay for the OP to call the guy a bust or admit that he is the biggest one to do so on the board ??? And my statement about lessons learned was about me myself & I no one else just stating a personal fact . But I'm big enough if taken that way by you or the OP i will apologize for it & will move on ... But i still feel that he will turn it around from being able to sit & hopefully learn from the experience and maybe even be a bit more motivated to do better ...

So then what your telling me is once you are considered or put into the "Adult" category of life you can never make mistakes or learn because your a grown man even though he is still a very young person as far as experience goes ? I will be 63 this yr & I've been performing my job for 15 + years and i learn things every time i go out on another run because everything around us is changing all the time, as is the game of football, then you have to put into the equation the college game is much different from the pro game being faster, bigger, smarter more experienced, stronger players . Once you think because your a adult that you can no longer learn especially seeing as this is a young person they will be doomed to move forward or become better at anything they attempt . So i guess we will have to agree to disagree with each other but that's cool not all of us are of the same opinions or the wway we see things . But i still hope he has learned and can become a better player for it weather it's with the Bills or another team later on which we have seen happen before in the NFL as the light may come on .

How about this lets change the main focus from sports & how big the dam stadiums are at these schools and have those Billions of dollars go to some others that aren't as fortunate because half of the athletes coming out can't even enunciate proper english when they are through with college because if they are a great athlete that's all that matters . Plus the fact that the gov't is wanting to let the students basically default on what they agree's to pay back which has something to do with making the payments higher because those colleges that aren't getting that money have to make it up some how . So all this great fore thought by the gov't and the colleges putting a emphasis in other places has put future generations as a secondary concern . It is much more important to pay the athletes than it is to help those that truly may be going to school to learn something .

Apparently you have never struggled to learn anything in your life time or fallen short at a certain job or project, some of the best lessons i have ever learned in my lifetime are those that have come through failure and that is what he may be talking about . So let's hope by sitting back and watching those in front of him and being out on the field and making some mistakes he can take that experience in and learn from it and be the player they thought he could be when they drafted him .

No i think i pay more attention now . The past incompetence of the Bills front office & coaching during the drought was well less then exciting . There were a couple of exciting signings like to me Spiller, & later on Mario but not a lot of high expectations back then . I did like the Gailey coaching hire but that didn't work out either . Now with Beane at the helm you never know what he's going to pull out of his sleeve and this season given what they did with the Diggs trade Gabe leaving i wanted to see who the future wide outs were going to be that Beane brought in in the draft . I think he could have gotten Keon & should have gotten 1 other really good wide out but with the others he's brought in i think they will be fine once everyone gets the offense down & Josh gets a bit more comfortable with the new weapons he has to work with . But i'm much more in tune with what the Bills do now than i use to be . GO BILLS !!!!

If who Collins had throwing to him his first 2 seasons and who Keon has throwing to him his first 2 has anything to do with it Keon should put up much better numbers as long as his chemistry with Josh comes around quickly .

If keeping a job means allowing my self to be demeaned by another human being or talked down to you can have the job i'd rather have my dignity as a human being than be treated like a low class citizen or a POS !! That being said I would immediately not a year plus later find out what exactly happened and if what was being said to happen did i would personally fire the man myself not tell someone else to do it that's chicken S**T . And i've been fired before & as i've told others don't threaten me with a good time, i'll always work ! The only time i have ever not worked is if i decided i didn't want to . Matter of fact i just started a new job they said they were going to put me at a certain position & i told the GM "well apparently you don't want me working here very long" and meant it !! That's why all of the things i have are paid for & i don't live beyond my means, Praise god for it !! So i don't have to depend on anyone other than me to make a living for me i'm not dependent on any company to take care of me like many today are . Hope that answers your question .

Any of them that were out of line and did something so ignorant that they deserved it . Maybe if more women would stand up for them selves or the men around them would do so there would be a little more respect and men wouldn't be a horses a** in those situations . Use to be men had some balls and would stand up for a women but not so much today ! Oh & to answer your question i just about snatched up a lying POS here a couple years ago at work because he tried by his incompetence 3 times to make me look a fool at my job, i gave him the first 2 but the 3rd was it if he wasn't with a customer it probably would have turned out worse than it did . He hung with that customer until i left the facility and it was probably a good thing for both of us .

I just hope while in the process they don't ruin the game that we all have come to love for the reasons we love it . The game is so popular because we can't get enough of it & if they over saturate the public with it like having a european division with say adding another 6 or 8 teams plus adding more games it won't be the same . I do not & will not watch the games over seas, call me what you will but this is "America's game" leave it here and all those other places can have their brand of football . I want our fans to have our football in our stadiums, they don't have the Manchester united come here to play & personally if they did i would not care !! So i hope they don't try to reinvent the wheel by letting greed be the motivating factor ... But in todays world it wouldn't surprise me if that's what happens !

I would like them to sit on it for a minute and first figure out what they have on the team with the players they have available and then after the cuts come down from other teams they can see just who is out there that would fit their scheme better .

To add to what you have said i know a motor head & he has told me that one of the biggest pollutants on car is the wear of the tires & like you siad with the cars being heavier they wear out faster so that means more pollution . Like you i think it's not a bad thing to think about the "Climate change/global warming" thing to try to clean up what man kind has screwed up isn't a bad idea but use some common sense for gods sake . Then like those people & a few here always do don't just include what it is that your agenda needs to make it viable include everything that is making this situation be what it is, the bad thing with that is it would cut into their profits and wouldn't put their goal at the top of their personal agenda to make their lives better with more money in their pockets .

It wouldn't bother me if they included ALL that is causing this "Global warming effect" but they put the emphasis on ONLY automobiles or fossil fuels (which they need to produce electricity) along with the car industry . Then yall forget what happens when all these car batteries are sitting in a land fill leaking into the earth just causes another crisis for future generations . Just make a solution with little or no common sense involved for what problems the solution might cause and implement it . Kind of like big pharma make a pill to cure 1 thing & cause 3 others to make a pill for all the while sending corporate profits through the roof . I'm not sure if any one else has noticed but this entire move to Electric cars to save the planet has been such a great thing for all of us as consumers . Not only are all those cars price higher than hawks feet, it's made just about every other battery operated appliance or tool go up to ridiculous prices also ! I went to Lowes the other day to look at a battery operated jig saw & you can no longer get the saw with the battery or most any other tool for that matter with the battery included , the saw alone is now $219.00 for just the saw which use to be about $149.00 about 3 years or so ago (thanks Joe) with the battery and then you need to purchase the battery separately for another couple of hundred depending on which ones you buy . So now the same tool we all use to buy for a total of $225.00 or so cost us all near $400.00 I love it ! Then there is the car battery thing that has almost doubled too . My wife's battery went bad in her car the other day so she had to go to the auto parts store to get a new one, the last time she had to replace a battery which was with in this administration being elected the battery was $120.00 or so she went and got one just yesterday & it was $240.00 !! I had to get a motorcycle battery this year & it was almost $200.00 . Joes economy mixed with this electric car battery thing to save the planet is all going to put us in such a great financial position it's awesome . I just hope my old battery's don't run out any time soon . Wow i'm so glad that all this save the planet battery talk has taken a hold it's just the greatest thing of our time, i just wonder how many politicians are invested in battery company's or any of the other company's that have to provide materials for them around the world you can bet they are & they are probably making bank ... Maybe we all need to look into investing in battery companies maybe we can get some of our money back from the doubling of the prices .

I've worked the concert and entertainment business for the last 15 yrs & live nation has had a strangle hold on the entertainment business for a long time its about time they got a little less power over that industry . At one time i heard they were thinking of buying out the Entertainer coach industry which i work in to have control over more than just the operations of the entertainment industry but it's transportation part of the industry too, but with this i don't see that happening .
