Not that surprising the Bills never get any respect when its actually due they only want to use them as a whipping boy but i think soon they are going to have to give them their due weather they want to or not !! GO BILLS !!

I wonder if Amendola or Crabtree would be worth a affordable contract I wasn't Crabtree fan but he seemed to calm down a bit after not being the player he first though he was going to be when coming into the league I think he has been humbled a bit but still is a competitor . He may be a good get just haven't followed him enough to know, & Amendola was a good receiver too but didn't watch him in Miami at all so i guess either would be a crap shoot ...

Is it inconceivable for the Bills to trade for OBJ?
T master replied to Tipster19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Man i hope its inconceivable that guy is a basket case & that would make me not want to watch just because of him ! If i see anything about him i pass over it because he is the ultimate "It's all about me" player in todays NFL & thats a big thing i can't stand ! Sure he is ultra talented but he's a whiner & a cry baby & all that crap he does on the side line is just plain foolish to get attention & IMO i hope the Bills never get a guy like that ! TO did some things but even his was a bit more classy if you could call it that not so much the standing on the Dallas star even though i hate the cowboys ! But the OBJ stuff is just childish & not entertaining in any way so i vote NO PLEEEEEASE don't bring him here !! -
My wife went to billsfangear.com & got me a great Kyle Williams jersey for christmas not sure of the price but it is embroidered not the rubberized stick son numbers & it has the heavy duty stitched numbers it a great jersey ! She did say that they charged $10 more than the amount they post for the cost & they said something about for a currency thing & they would pay her back but never did so you may want to take that into consideration but it's a awesome jersey & it was a red uni so i was & still am stoked every time i wear it !!

Superstars Leaving A Team Question
T master replied to corta765's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Well Chip Kelly dismantled a pretty good roster in Philly & he wasn't around very long if that qualifies ? But this i think is more of a money grab thing for Leveon, he saw what Cousins did by playing the game with the Skins & decided to try it & see how it would work for him but by turning down $14 million to play one season asks the question how greedy can you be ? He is looking for unprecedented money for his position & the Steelers proved by having there back up step that he can be replaced ! AB I'm not real sure how to think of his situation he's a great player & has been a corp player for the Steelers but Ju Ju also showed that you can be replaced so i think the Steelers will be okay as they usually are because of the way they draft & the stability at the HC position. If Tomlin was Chip that could be a different story but i think they will be fine once all this other stuff goes away !! -
Some bills fans are easily distracted by the little things ... Oh look at the butterfly ?
-
I'd say guys like Shady, Hughes, & Alexander could keep a polarizing talent in line but a primma donna is a different story & AB has shown that as being that player that if he doesn't get what he wants he's taking his ball & going home, I for one hope they don't bring him here if that is intact what he has shown us to be . As long as a player is a team first guy then sure bring in that bigger than life guy because he won't be a distraction but leave the guy out that has the it's all about me attitude I think that was why Sammy was let go he had those statements about paying him what he was worth before he was let go but had little to show for it so they knew he could be trouble . Which if AB was brought in here he would immediately be the consensus #1 WR so it could be a good fit i guess ??

Hearing Broncos will let Matt Paradis test FA
T master replied to Patriot Killa's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It wouldn't surprise me if Bean & company at the very least talk to him but i don't see them getting in a bidding war for him or as some here said to back up the truck & pay him what ever he wants after all the guy is 29 which isn't old but what is the longevity of a center in the NFL ? I know a good one can make or break a offense as was seen this yr with the loss of E Wood ! I i guess if they could get him for around the same contract that they gave E Wood that wouldn't be bad because they thought they would be paying that out any way . The Spencer Long signing would be good for a back up at the position & he could be a better guard than he was a center, the O line needs all the help it can get to be better than it has been !! -
What do you expect from Trent Murphy in 2019?
T master replied to GreggTX's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He made a couple of really good plays due to his motor he never seems to give up so given the fact as the OP said that it takes a yr to get back after the injury he had to being 100% healthy & not worry about reinjuring your self i think this yr he could become really good player for the team & if nothing else push Lawson once again to be better like he did this past season ... -
Will we see a Tyrod - Roman pairing again?
T master replied to IgotBILLStopay's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
There is definitely a market for TT given what has happened or going to happen this off season with the QB position, TT wants to be a starter so i look to the Jags, Redskins, Miami, all to be looking at a dependable QB that they know can be a starter & won't demand a bunch of cash to be a little bit better than some out there & TT might be that guy !! -
Given the cap space the Bills have i think it would be a good get for the younger players in that room & he could also help Josh in some ways seeing as much football as he has & he may be a help to Dabol in some ways, so for a veterans minimum contract because he will still be getting a bit of cash from the 49ers i'd say get him & see what happens !!

It's amazing what a $96 million dollar contract will do to a persons motivation after they sign on the dotted line !!

Bills sign C Spencer Long to 3 year deal
T master replied to One Buffalo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I see this as more of a depth signing because they knew what they had in Groy or at least what they thought they had because of the coaching at the O line position i think the Rams will pick Groy up now that Kromer is there & he will be a really good player for them . -
I was reading the post on "A Sad Coaching Tid Bit" on this sight & it got me thinking of how many coaching changes the Bills have had over the years because the OP's list of coaches in recent years & it got me wondering which teams have had the most coaches in their time in the NFL . Although i didn't find the entire list here is a list from 2000 up to last year i believe it was & the Bills are one of the teams with the most coaching changes & i think that instability is a big reason why the Bills could be thought of the way we are . There were coaches that were here that were let go because of differences with ownership that should have stayed & then there were probably some that were kept to long because they could have been yes men but i thought it would be interesting to look back & see who had the most coaching changes over the years . Of coarse we know BB & the pats have been together a long time & the Steelers are one team with little to no turn over at the HC position but how do the others compare i thought in this slow time it might be something interesting to look at & thanks to the poster of the earlier mentioned write up for giving me the thought of this post !! Feel free to add the coaches in the time before the yr 2000 ... http://www.footballperspective.com/coaching-hires-in-the-nfl-since-2000/

Which non-Bills draft pick stung the most?
T master replied to Buffalo86's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
NAH !! I 'm happy with the way it turned out 2 first round picks that will be here for a while as leaders of this team going forward it's a lot better than a lot drafts of the Bills past !! -
My pick is Tyrell Williams sounds like a really good pick up given every thing about him & he is young enough to give him a decent contract so he can grow with Allen & become a corp piece to the offense !! I also hear that Demarius Thomas could be let go he tore his Achilles near the end of last yr i wonder if released would he be a good pick up for a prove it contract seeing as he will be 31 & considering the injury ??

Kipers predictions for last year Round 1
T master replied to Da webster guy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
WOW how bad is this guy ? I wonder what Mcshay's mock looks like for last year !! Like the coach years ago said "who the hell is Mel Kiper" ? They need to do a show & go back say 10 yrs & see just how many of these guys predictions with their mock drafts have come through but if they did ESPN might be firing them shortly there after !! Buffalo Barbarian probably has a better percentage of picks than these guys !! ? -
why a vet at the backup QB position is so important
T master replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That was why i was upset at the thoughts of the Bills (Bean in particular) trading away McCarron, he could have done at least as good as Anderson when put into a game & i'd say seeing as DA was out so long in concussion protocol AJ was probably a bit tougher than DA . Not to mention that he knew the offense & "IF" the plan was to let Allen sit a while to watch & learn the game that could have been accomplished by sticking with AJ, also if it was taken into consideration how the stage was way to big for Peterman due to seeing that play out the year before i thought it was foolish to move on from AJ ! After the Peterman debacle AJ could have went in for a few games as to give Josh the time to watch a bit then insert him into the line up because AJ knew thats why he was there for & then became the mentor but i will say i am much happier that we have Barkley now i think he is a much better get !! I just can't understand why these players that are so good in college can't get it going in the NFL it boggles my mind ? -
Looking Back I wish we traded for Mack
T master replied to BillsFan1988's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Sure he is a generational player that only comes along once in a lifetime a LT or a Jerry Rice type of player & it would be great to see him making plays in a Bills uni, but given the way the NFL has gone i would rather get 3 players that can help the team & do as much like we had in the 90's . I would rather have Talley, Biscuit, & Conlan for 5 yrs on a reasonable contract than mack & 2 under achieving LB's to be taken advantage of by the likes of a really good offensive coach . Even though those guys will get beat from time to time i think they would win more than lose but i have seen Mack & other great players get taken out of a game with great planning ... -
I loved listening to this guy during the game he was the best ! The NFL lost a good one when he retired he needs to go in the HOF as a contributor his first down call was legendary !! RIP !!

Would you trade a high 2020 draft choice for AB?
T master replied to njbuff's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
NO !!! -
I'd say that Bridgewater isn't a scrub matter of fact i think given his unrelenting work ethic to come back from what could have been a career ending injury that teams will look at that as a plus . Sure there aren't a lot of Mahomes out there for the taking but given the free agents that are it's not terrible but i am glad the Bills at this point no longer have that as a worrisome spot to fill on their roster !!

Should look familiar to Bills fans
T master replied to oldmanfan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Not really so sure the Bills were out coached yes in the sense that Bill's 1 & 2 kept the Bills off the field but if not for the amount of missed tackles by the D to keep drives alive the Bills would have had a lot better chance at winning that game . The Bills defense had just as much to do with that SB being lost as the kick being missed. Another thing i never understood was why they couldn't get off another play to get a couple yards closer seeing as Norwood's percentages jumped quite a bit when under 46 yds seeing as the Bills had the hurry up a quick out for 3 yds could have put the ball through instead of wide right . So many what if's but it is what it is & more blame can be put on the Bills D by missing the plays they did than being completely out coached although the 2 Bills had a great plan it was helped along quite a bit by misses on D ...
