I think the Raiders with Gruden were headed in the same direction as the Texans were with Bill Obrien at the HC position & the fact that Gruen won a SB with the team that Tony built never set well with me because after that what did he do ? He wanted and got ultimate control & i don't think a franchise or the team can operate like that maybe in the rare occasion but Rich was thrown into the fire and took the ship & is now on the verge of the play offs that shows good on him . I would wait until the end of the season while doing the exit interviews and ask the players for their input. What do you think, what did you see, how did he handle certain situations & then go from there to make a decision . I know there have been a couple of times that has happened here in B/lo & i would have like to have been able to see what if anything the interim HC could have done if given control the following year like when Perry Fewell took over i always though he may have been a good HC . But we will never know ...

I know some here think Jerry is done but the dude always has his hand on the pressure valve & in most every shot i see he's around the QB & although sacks are nice the pressure to make the oppositions QB move or throw before he's ready is key to the D . I think he's worth keeping around 1 more season for a decent contract if one of the younger players would have shown a big presence in the D then he may have been expendable but dude is still bringing it every down that he is on the field & i would like to see him retire as a Bill !!

We won't know how good this move was until Beane makes that pick and we see what he gets for it . If he hits on it then it will be worth it i for one always thought Bam was a good player with a lot of upside for the team & i would have definitely liked to see him kept over Addison or some others but sometimes you can't keep them all & a sacrifice had to be made in order to move forward & i trust Beane ...

I think between the 2 Mitch would be the better pick & Frank knowing QB talent may be willing to give up a good draft pick plus for him & i would say that Beane should start talking to him now to see if there would be any way to get some kind of compensation for his time here rather than just letting him walk. If he is just allowed to leave at the end of the season then i would think Frank would be very interested in picking him up & at the very least making a competition for the position & i would think unless Wentz got his stuff together to be the player he was in Philly a few years back that Mitch would beat him out . Frank may be just what Tribisky would need because the guys in Chicago didn't have a clue how to bring him along !!

Bringing in Poyer & Hyde was a pretty good get for the team I can't remember if that was totally a Beane move but not a bad one for sure ! They are probably the most under rated tandem in the NFL when Belichek praises you and the work you do you know your doing something right ...

We have something that resembles it at times it just depends on how much Dabol decides to use it he seems to give up on it pretty easily which isn't good but now using Doyle as the heavy TE it seems to have put some juice in the run game .

With the Broncos canning Vick would he be a good fit if Frazier decides to go else where ??

I'd say Cole & Davis but Sanders is not needed especially with what McKenzie showed in that one game not to mention that since he has been hurt the Bills have been just fine with out him on the field . I think Davis would have been able to actually develop more if they wouldn't have picked him up sure he's a good leader & a locker room presence but they had what they needed & may have been able to bring along one of the younger guys more . That's just me ...

You only missed it by 170 + yards ! I do think if Dabol would have used him more this year he would have had a lot better numbers & been able to get into a groove a lot earlier too .

I use to admire him for what he had done never thought of him to be as good as Koby or Jordan but a good player none the less . But then i heard that he likened himself & football players to being slaves because of the owners of the teams being white that was it sorry i'm out & will never go back ! This man that makes multiple MILLIONS of dollars a year from his contract then who knows how many more millions of dollars per year from endorsements likens himself to a slave COME ON MAN !! I don't know i have heard that in some states that there were cases of fraud but not enough to make a difference so if that is true then what he was implicating that there was fraud is not a lie because there actually was but unlike me some are not willing to see it for what it is and try to embellish it to be something to fit what they would have it be rather than what it is .

I think it's total BS if there is in fact no evidence what so ever to support the claim but as in a court case if there is proof beyond a reasonable doubt or even a small amount of evidence that supports the claim then there is or could be something made of the claim .

I don't know enough about it to say but as long as the people that are voting are actual citizens of the US, not illegal, are actually alive & not deceased & have the mental capacity to know what, who & why they are voting for someone then i guess i would be alright with it ... People that are here illegally should have NO say or any voting rights at all ! I will say that the folks that are here Illegally that have a business and have paid into the system for a certain amount of time should be fast tracked into the system to become a citizen . Those that come here just to get free bees unless for some certain maybe refugee type circumstances should still not be able to vote but we can help & get them to become a citizen in time .

I am probably missing it I am just a casual fan i watch football to watch it i don't break it down like some i just know yes that he is a good player but i don't see him making the big plays & was just wondering if it was a typical 4/3 & with him on 1 side & Millano on the other could it be better ?? We may never know though unless someone hired Frazier & say a Schwartz would come in & change some things around but i'm good with what they are doing i guess its the what if that i was wondering about is all .

To be honest no i don't i am a casual fan not into breaking it all down apparently like you are but with that being said i just know given his talent & size i don't get why he isn't better against the run . All the so called "Experts" say this is a passing league & yes we can see that it has become that but then there are those teams like the Titans & coaches like Belichek the have the ability & players to change their game plan like he did in the first meeting with the Bills & that wasn't pretty . I believe no matter that the league is becoming a passing league you still need a above average run game to win the big game ! Every one that has won the SB has had such a running game & i believe that they underestimate having a really good RB & Run game it's all a big part of the puzzle to winning a SB .

He definitely ain't no London Fletcher but they could have done worse ! I know the Bills like to sigh their own but not sure if he is worth his draft status . I have often wondered since the Bills drafted him & seeing as he played OLB in college are the Bills playing him in the wrong spot & would he be better suited & have more production at OLB rather than ILB ? All the "Experts" say he is a gifted athlete but by putting him in a position that he may not be as well suited for could they be better off moving him to see what effect if any that could have on his production . The Bills are rated #1 on D but with what they say about him & given the skepticism/expectations of the Bills Mafia i don't know why they wouldn't try moving him around a bit if for nothing else just to see if he may have more production .
