Davonte Adams should be suspended a game
NoSaint replied to transplantbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
morally sure. but if talking injury risk, they are also worlds apart. adams was a jerk, with very low real risk. -
January happens every year, and I’m hopeful we will be playing meaningful games in many of the upcoming
-
you may feel differently about this come January when some CB I dinged up and we are playing elite offenses in huge games instead of September when we are playing inconsistent ones still trying to figure themselves out
-
slightly? over 20 games including the playoffs 15 would be 300 touches. That’s a hefty season. no dead money comes with the trade so we could cut him without obligation
-
all of a sudden Josh really starts trying to make magic and it’s a long season for him to try to stay healthy . One more weapon would definitely be nice. 20 touches a game is 340 touches. That’s a heavy workload.
-
not even a little. and I’d add that if diggs goes down i feel a lot less confident about having a guy that could share the load of carrying the offense with Josh. It’s not an insignificant consideration.

coming in with other backups with a game plan to run clock and eliminate all possible mistakes, not to put up stats or score
-
I mean, that’s kind of baseline. It’s like pointing at a draft pick panning out and saying a team has a great scouting department. that said, the team seems to often do it well but also has some real head scratchers that slip in.

Who Has The Bills' Best D-Lineman So Far, Von Miller or Greg Rousseau?
NoSaint replied to jwhit34's topic in The Stadium Wall
rousseau is getting far less attention from coordinators he’s playing well but he’s not doing it against the same level of competition yet -
Who does Tre take over for when he returns?
NoSaint replied to JerseyBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
All 3 are on the field a metric ton I bet and if tre has any pitch count out of the gate it may be a blend of where he steals snaps -
NFLPA initiating investigation into Tua’s concussion protocol
NoSaint replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
medically there is a wide range of gray in that spectrum, not a binary. the impact on his mental health effects future medical health, his financial health effects future medical health. his own risk aversion is a consideration as the outcome of playing isn’t set in stone or known by anyone. Unless of course we are saying medically every single player should retire as football is incredibly unhealthy. -
NFLPA initiating investigation into Tua’s concussion protocol
NoSaint replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
the doctor has never been in the same room as him. he should be asking doctors about the ranges of outcomes and likelihood. he should be having conversations with those he trusts about what’s important to him. someone who knows nothing of his priorities, and very little about his medical chart should not be telling him what decision to make via the media. That is more about attention than genuine advice. -

ultimately it’s up to him. that said, I’d be shocked if he doesn’t have a number of concussions. They all do. This is just his first really visually scary and perhaps his worst. -
Honestly promo, most of its not particularly confusing if you try to understand the underlying concepts instead of treating everything as individual examples and complaining

Antonio Brown exposes himself in a hotel pool
NoSaint replied to BuffaloBills1998's topic in The Stadium Wall
he’s making it theatrically but it’s actually a relevant point -
so if Josh is wegmans who is dibellas? And who hurt you to make you this way? jokes aside, there’s a certain slice of NY deli that I don’t get down here and can definitely be a treat

Immediately attributing every bad behavior of every nfl player to CTEis also a bad take that sets back real mental health progress for the league. plenty of these guys are unwell, and/or jerks in addition to cte -
Yea, Mayo wins for ease and consistency of toasting some folks prefer butter flavor but if using a good Mayo you are all set on that front
-
I think it’s clear he isn’t physically well with ankle, back and head injuries I won’t pretend to know his timelines I will say that plenty of these guys made peace with possibly never being healthy again in exchange for their careers and once you’ve done that the calculus of self care changes in drastic and sometimes dangerous ways

NFLPA initiating investigation into Tua’s concussion protocol
NoSaint replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
I did mention in one of the threads that the argument over concussion vs back injury seemed inconsequential last week. As if a back injury of that scope would be fine to play with? -
Boomer Esiason suggests the Bills should trade for Barkley
NoSaint replied to Greg S's topic in The Stadium Wall
the one perk with the expiring contract is we likely get a comp pick later to offset the cost. so if we looked at sending a 3 and getting a 4 back a year later… it’s less painful. A depth player and later pick might even work. one perk being that the players would be familiar with the systems not advocating or even suggesting it happens but a couple minor perks -

ultimately, exactly what the nfl has insulated itself and teams from unless the fins pushed the doctor, they probably dont face much beyond possibly hiring a new one -
