I will say, I won’t be shocked to learn there’s some sort of story. he’s not supposed to be a fast guy, but am I the only one to think he’s agility totally disappeared and body control isn’t great? His change of direction or stopping feels like watching a cruise ship sometimes. I haven’t pulled All 22 to key on him but wouldn’t be shocked to find out he has one or more lower body and/core injuries the way he seems to be moving when I’ve seen him

Probably quite aware once the moment was over. but adrenaline gives a bit of tunnel vision and if I had to guess between “they were planning to do it with damar on their mind” or “they were moving fast, highly successful and in front of 80k cheering people they went to a previously used celebration before their brains came back to the real world” im guessing the latter

I think they played fast and hard and like they missed half a week of preparation

the guy joined the team mid blizzard and we are historically slow working guys in. we have had like 3 of his 5-6 weeks with practice schedules completely blown up. his time will come. He’s not a “not for long” street free agent or ancient vet placeholder.

I do think at some point this morning you really have to commit to the game or pull the plug. game planning and player safety become a concern soon, and as annoying as he is, the guys right that it’s still a massive production to pull the plug on last minute. From the highest level production expenses down to the security guard that is telling his second job he can’t work cause he has a game day- at some point it’s got to transition to all in barring a catastrophic change.
