  1. I loved the jerseys in pictures, but they’re killing my eyes in live action.
  2. Yes, apparently NFL needs us to lose tonight, so they put him on the game.
  3. Another reason getting the 1 seed is so important. Aside from injuries and lack of home field, having to play the extra game is that one additional chance of getting knocked out of the playoffs early if your team has an off-day or the opponent is on fire.
  4. I’d go Lions rather than Colts. After this week, Lions have several tough matchups in a row. Regarding the Colts, I’m still not sold on Daniel Jones and would be leery of taking him over Geno Smith and Pete Carroll. Colts also host the Titans in a few weeks, so that might be the week to actually target them.
  5. @AlCowlingsTaxiService Can you tell us where the juice is?
  6. You’re the one that said Hurts is “never” in these conversations. Like you’ve now acknowledged, he has been before and I think at 14 to 1, those are good odds to take that chance that the narrative starts to swing back in his favor at some point this season. The points you make about his stats are why he is still 14-1, but if he starts to put together a stronger stretch of play and his team is still winning, he’s going to be in the convo. Even though Philly was 14-3 last year, they weren’t even the 1 seed in the NFC and Saquon put up an unbelievable season. Meanwhile, we all know that Josh and Lamar were putting up record breaking seasons too, and the vote swung enough Josh’s way to win it. Josh is deservedly the favorite right now because the Bills have a really good chance of earning the 1 seed in the AFC and Josh is a stud, but if Philly goes something like 14-3 or better and that includes a win over the Bills with Hurts making some big plays to win that game, the narrative could conceivably move towards Hurts.
  7. So you still don’t think fans’ attire impacts a game? Apparently the Bills think otherwise… https://www.buffalobills.com/news/bring-the-storm-buffalo-bills-announce-white-out-plan-at-highmark-stadium-for-snf-vs-patriots?fbclid=IwY2xjawNIvJVleHRuA2FlbQIxMABicmlkETFEM1dsdWNYRjZ6REV2SkFXAR4lCm7dPuaXI5S7jF3RpImTVR4zOOqYkp1doVsIsWtSWsrdFaeXwKf9sOnF1g_aem_yDGM6vT3tKQTMww-SirTiw
  8. Hotel Maren and Bahia Mar are a couple hotels on Fort Lauderdale beach that should be swamped with Bills fans. Nearby bars like Elbo Room and Rockbar will also be packed.
  9. You’re going to have to work harder than that to get your apology accepted.
  10. Not until we sign kicker Matt Prayerzinsky.
  11. If the Eagles end up with the best record in the league including a win over the Bills, Hurts will be in the conversation. For instance, in 2022 when the Eagles finished 14-3, Hurts was second in the voting to Mahomes. The Chiefs were also 14-3 that season and Mahomes put up over 5,000 yards. The QBs of the best teams in the league get the most credit, and a late season win by the Eagles over the Bills with some tush pushes will help the Hurts narrative soon before the voting.
  12. SNF is just another day in the office for Josh. Playing in Buffalo on SNF is a huge step up for Drake Maye. Josh should win this game 8 to 9 times out of 10.
  13. I think he’s doing a great job replacing Von’s production.
  14. I mean, two years ago Brock Purdy was right near the top of the odds w CMC and potentially could have won it, if he hadn’t laid that egg against the Ravens. If Brock Purdy can get strong consideration for MVP, Jalen Hurts and his tush push make for a live bet too.
  15. Surprised Jalen Hurts isn’t closer to top of the list. I get that he has Saquon on his team, but the award typically goes to a QB, the Eagles are the defending SB champs and are undefeated. Bills/Eagles late in the season may very much decide who wins MVP. While I’ll be rooting for the Bills or course, 14-1 on Hurts is good value versus 1-1 for Josh.
  16. Sometimes you get a Spencer Brown in the 3rd round, sometimes you get a guy that isn’t ready to play yet. And even Spencer took time to develop into one of the best tackles in the game.
  17. I said during the game it looked like the Saints had greased up their jerseys with the way they were slipping away from our “defense”.
  18. If there’s a time for purposely fumbling, now is it.
  19. Good thing we have Josh to make up for the coaching staff and defense.
