  1. 1. Trade for DK Metcalf. This year's 2nd, a 5th, and a 6th. Next year, the 2nd we acquired in the Diggs trade and a 4th. Sign him to a 5 year extension. 2. Draft Adonai Mitchell in Round 1. We have everything else in Samuel, Shakir, developing Shorter, and the borderline roster guys. That covers the WR room for the next 5 years.
  2. No, we will not win the Super Bowl in the 2024-2025 season. We could still make playoffs. We will be competitive in 2025-2026 as we will have more cap space, more draft capital, and hopefully more young players on controllable contracts.
  3. Those in the 1% of an already elite group of professionals (athletes, celebrities, musicians, uber billionaire business professionals) get too much criticism and too much praise. It's unfortunate, but this is the reality and price of greatness, wealth, and fame. As others have said, if Allen wants to lessen the voice of outspoken critics and semi-accurate perceptions or narratives about him, then he needs to do a few things a little better and win a title or two along with some additional individual awards that usually follow suit. Personally, I don't hear much about Josh Allen as a Coloradan that I think is inaccurate. He is a top 3 QB that has not yet won a title, a MVP, or both, and these are prerequisites to be in the all-time or top 10 QB list.
  4. I only want a receiver at or very close to the 28th pick if it is Mitchell or Thomas. The top 3 receivers are long gone. I doubt a top 3 DE is at #28, but here's hoping. Trading down is probably best course, if possible, if those two receivers aren't around.
  5. This team is the definition of Hard Knocks No. I would rather McDermott focus on clock management, the front office focus on the draft, and position coaches coach up our young players to be serviceable backups with potential.
  6. I don't know much about this guy, but the more I hear about him, the more I would not want to build my team around him.
  7. As far free agency moves, the only two I did not like: trading Bates (he should have been our center) and allowing the safety Blackmon getting out of the building without s contract. Everything else was played sell given salary cap situation. Get that WR fo Allen and get a power runnjng back for offense, a starter for DE and Safety, and some depth. Bills need to deliver in next 3 years. Gotta be all-in.
  8. Guys I am not comfortable as starters: Rapp or Edwards (at least 1 safety) Epenesa (at least 1 DE McGovern as Center (stay at LG) Samuel is a #3/#4 (1 WR) Backup Help Competition for Bass 4th or 5th Round DT Can't cut Martin, so get rid of Haack Power back so Ty Johnson is #3 in rounds 4-6 Developmental Tackle/Guard Depth everywhere
  9. Yes...areas to improve, but Dalton Kincaid is not on my offseason worry list.
  10. As others have said, I like Franklin. I think a faster and bigger-bodied receiver like Mitchell brings more value. Second round needs to be a safety/DE/DT.
  11. Ravens adding Henry was a smart move. Chiefs adding Marquise Brown and Punt God make them better. AFC is brutal.
  12. Who are those handful of players you believe will be picked in Rounds 3-6 that you just feel like they would be a good player and a great fit for our Buffalo Bills? With all of our 4th, 5th, and 6th rounders, maybe we find a starter and solid depth for our lines and secondary with guys like these: Here are 6 guys I like (no order) Maason Smith, DT Jaylon Carlies, Safety Kitan Oladapo, Safety Xavier Thomas, DE Luke McCaffrey, WR Beaux Limmer, Center What about you?
  13. Uh, if Adonai Mitchell is there, run to the Podium in Round 1. 2nd round pick is about best safety/DT/DE available that Beane feels is needed. After that, depth throughout the roster.
  14. For $101 million dollars, I would probably spy and videotape other teams, deflate footballs, and probably get "professional" massages all of the time. Sincerely, Robert Kraft
  15. Definitely someone I connected with as I watched him act as a child and teen. It was fun to show my son who he was when we watched him in his Mandalorin character together too. Stallone's tribute of Weathers on YouTube was very sincere and personal.
  16. No, unless you believe Diggs is now the #2.
  17. I can't say I am proud. That is not to take away from their recent play. Kudos! I admire their current resiliency. The expectation of this team is to play in AFC Championship games and have a shot to win it all. So, they are doing what is expected thus far. Same Expectation in 2021, 2022, and 2023 playoff runs.
  18. Jerry "Freakin" Rice never won a regular season MVP. Drew Brees, Randy Moss, and Roger Staubach did not either. Yes, the Super Bowl win and SB MVP is most important. Still, I am wondering who can honestly vote for Lamar Jackson to win a 2nd MVP when Josh Allen is significantly more valuable than Lamar. And, it is just criminal if Lamar had 2 MVP's when the two best WR's (imo) did not win one combined in Rice and Moss.
  19. Bad take as others have said. Yes, Tomlin does not have a recent playoff victory. His team got beat, but he has lesser talent and got 10 wins. He has been a solid coach and has championships. Not the guy to make fun of.
  20. The play of the game goes to the 12th man. The articles I read, things I heard on radio, and broadcast of the game, hats off to my city of Buffalo and Bills fans that can go in person! It truly is impressive! No game without its city and fans!
  21. It is impressive but far from unprecedented. Let's enjoy the win, but let's not make McDermott into some defensive demigod. 6 weeks ago, we (me included) and depending on the Chiefs game, think he is good but not great.
  22. An "8" is where I am at. Confident for sure, but preparation, consistency, and smart football is even more important in playoff games. What makes it less than a 10? Tomlin is consistently prepared, and he got 10 wins in a tougher division with Kenny Pickett and Mason Rudolph. Steelers aren't nearly as talented. With that said, Steelers are a well-run franchise. Respect the Steelers. Still, we are going to win today. Go Bills!
  23. First, let's rip apart the Steel Curtain on Monday. Then, let's cook the Chefs. 🙂 For those that know the intricacies and nuisances of schemes and attacking a team's weakness, what is the template for the Chiefs? I don't like them having two extra days of recovery and two more days of Coach Reid game planning. We are the better team, but until they're knocked out, they are the Champs. For me, the two biggest factors: 1. 1 turnover or less 2. Control the Clock
  24. Often the best way to not get slighted or treated poorly is not to work for them. Should the NFL or Bills pay laborers more? Of, course. They don't have to though, and fans don't have to take on the side hustles or temporary gigs if they don't want to either. For those ranting about Capitalism, yes, there are downsides. However, you can set up your home the way you like and just about all the major freedoms you and I have is the result of Capitalism. For those of us that have lived in several other countries with less privilege, resources, opportunity, economic mobility, and access, we generally accept billionaires and gigantic entities like the NFLmaking it possible for fans to voluntarily make extra money to shovel snow.
  25. Reading all the comments made me think of this random thought. Choosing an all-pro player is like choosing between a favorite meal, snack, or drink. Many are great and hard to narrow down to two. That's how I feel about all-pro voting. Probably can narrow an all-pro list to 5-10 players at each position, but no perfect list.
