Problem right now is the Bills don't have the horses to gain yardage on the ground in an obvious run situation. Decent running teams can still get a push and gain a couple yards in this situation so run, run on 1st and 2nd can burn some clock and put them in a decent 3rd down situation where another run or short pass can get it done. When the Bills go run, run in obvious run situations they are typically looking at 3rd and 10 or more. I assume Dorsey knows this as well and is trying to find other ways to get first downs and burn clock. That short pass to Singletary was a good call as you should be able to assume that is a high % chance of completion, but unfortunately he dropped it.

I used a free trial of YouTube Tv for this in the past. FuboTv is also an option with a free 7 day trial. -

A Christmas Story Christmas Vacation Scrooged I'm surprised no one has put Love Actually on here yet.... Not that I'm arguing for it in any way but it seems to make a lot of lists. -
Tyler Bass named AFC ST Player of the Month for November

I was down on him at the time when he missed that too but after the way things played out I think it might have worked out in the Bills favor. If Detroit was down 4 at the end of that game they would have obviously went for it on 4th down and the way their offense was moving the ball that day I'm not sure the Bills could have stopped them from scoring a TD being in 4 down mode. -
From what I understand those were the 5 games that were earmarked when the schedule first came out in the spring to be eligible for the Saturday flex. In other words out of those 5 games 3 would be chosen to fill 3 spots on Saturday, an early afternoon, late afternoon, and a night game. The Sunday flex is outside of this so I'm not sure how that would work in regards to those 5 games. I assume if the Bills game does go to Sunday night then 3 of those remaining 4 would be the games for Saturday but I guess we will have to wait and see on that for sure.

It absolutely is a Christmas movie. As is Die Hard 2 and Gremlins.
-
We know that three of these five are getting flexed to Saturday: Mia@Buf Bal@Cle Ind@Min Atl@NO NYG@Was It is hard to imagine that Mia@Buf will be one of the two not chosen for that, not to mention the possibility of a Sunday night flex as well. Not sure about only having 5 days in between being a factor.... Teams play on Sunday and then Thursday all season long.

Deadline to announce move to Detroit ??????????????

Hahaha, that getting sucked out of the building effect was crazy. However those days are gone now. They put a physical roof on the building a couple of years ago. -
Poor coaching by McDermott is becoming a theme

Not sure about this math. 15/34 = .441. Still not great but a lot closer to .500 which makes sense to me for these kinds of games as it is usually just one good/bad play that decides it. -

This is exactly what I have been doing this season using FanDuel. Usually bet 5-15$ a weekend on a parlay of winners and/or stat prop bets. I don't make them too long on the odds, usually just 3 to 5 different things that usually pays in the +500 - +800 range. I kind of look at it the same as throwing 10 bucks at quickdraw at the bar now and then but this is more fun. FanDuel has been running a promo every week where if you bet 5$ or more on a 3 leg same game parlay for the TNF game you will get a 5$ free bet back if it loses. That has gotten me more interested in TNF than I have been in a long time so I guess the NFL partnership has worked on me.

So the 6-1 in 2020 doesn't count? Let me guess... no crowds somehow makes that irrelevant? Don't mean to single you out as it seems like a lot of the board and media types are going on and on about this 0-7 in close games thing for the last 24 hours or so and I am having a hard time understanding why Josh and/or McD's years prior to 21 for some reason don't count.

The Bills lost yesterday because.... (karma reasons only)

Haha. Almost, but this is the magical one. And as a funny side not it actually took me a minute to find this. Very surprised to see how many Josh Allen prayer candles actually exist.😀 -

Didn't watch the game at home so did not light the Josh Allen prayer candle 3 minutes before kick-off. -

Why is the "McD can't win close games" argument only considering 2021 and yesterday? With a look back through 2017, albeit a quick one, looks to me like McD is .500 in 1 score games which would make sense seeing a lot of those types of games are determined by one bounce going your way or not. -
She has her own show now on FanDuel TV called Up and Adams. Not really sure exactly what FanDuel TV is but you can watch her show on youtube. I have watched a few of them over the past couple weeks. They are about 45 minutes long and she has had a lot of NFL player and coach guests. I've enjoyed them enough to continue to give them views.

NFL TV Schedule and Maps: Week 2, 2022
Metal Man replied to SlimShady'sSpaceForce's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'll be interested to hear what you find out. I am assuming you can't cast just because this offering, at least for the local broadcast, sounds exactly like what the NFL app used to give you for free in previous seasons up through last year. I used it on my tablet sometimes to have a second game going and I recall early on trying to cast and it being disabled. -
NFL TV Schedule and Maps: Week 2, 2022
Metal Man replied to SlimShady'sSpaceForce's topic in The Stadium Wall
Looks like the out-of-market games they mention are any prime time games. Regular Season and Postseason With NFL+, you can watch live local and primetime Regular Season and Postseason games on your phone or tablet. This set of games includes Thursday Night Football on Amazon Prime Video, NBC’s Sunday Night Football, ESPN’s Monday Night Football, games that are broadcast on CBS and FOX in your local TV market, and any game that is broadcast live on NFL Network. NFL Network games are limited in availability to mobile phones streaming over wireless networks only. -
The weather needs to be terrible for the majority of the home games. If not how will we keep the endless threads of "new stadium should be covered/not covered" debate going? 😈😁

Ugh, what a 💩 game for the Syracuse area in the CBs 1pm slot. 🤮🤢 Miami @Baltimore or NE*** @ Pitt would have been infinitely more interesting. I think the network is grossly overestimating how many Jets fans live around there. -
The Washington Game last year was a pretty nice day IIRC. Not that 1 of 10 is anything to brag about. 😁

Maybe Kelly still had some "beer muscles" going on from the alleged legendary partying they all did the night before. 😁 TT did go for 135 on 15, 9 YPC with the Bills having the ball barely over a quarter so I can see the argument for him having more opportunities. Unfortunately Belichick*** looks to have found his way into Kelly's head that game. Really hate that guy.
-
Right but they didn't have a lot of opportunities to score with The major disparity in time of possession. Giants had scoring drives of: 9:29 (Record at the time) 7:32 6:15 Total TOP: Bills - 19:27 NYG - 40:33 Not trying to get into a big argument over it with anyone but after years of people analyzing this game the idea that Kelly's ego caused them to pass too much is just an odd take that I had never heard. No doubt there were some offensive drives that ended in punts that maybe shouldn't have but the lasting images to most from that game is the Bills D allowing 3rd down conversion after 3rd down conversion with a lot of bad tackling thrown in along the way. Especially on that 9:29 drive to start the second half which was preceded by a long drive from the Giants to end the half. The strategy to limit the Buffalo Offense was to keep it off the field by controlling the ball and it obviously worked.
