  1. hahah. Jalen was awful. He is vastly overrated.
  2. the Ad makes me consider quitting Fan Duel and going with Draft Kings!
  3. trade clay for nothing to avoid cap/dead cap hit, and sign Jesse James. James and Croom should make a nice pair, esp. for a young QB.
  4. T. Hill uses his punt return moves to get open, no corner can cover that, or they fall, and he is wide-open and then uses his blazing speed. I'd agree, he is the top offensive weapon. Then you throw in Kelce (who had 2 huge drops) and Hunt.
  5. build around Allen this off-season. Bring in young, talented OL, WR, and RB help. If Allen is not successful next year, draft another QB. Then we will have the framework for a QB to be successful. I'd also bring in a QB coach ASAP. Look at Goff pre and post McVey.
  6. also plenty of debate about who the BPA is. Or if you have a franchise QB, you wouldn't take BPA QB. You'd trade back and get the best OL, DE, CB, etc.
  7. Imagine if we add another DT or DE with a top 5 pick (I can't see value at any other position in the top 5, and I'd be fine with trading down, so this is only if we stay top 5). Lawson has also been doing a great job opposite Hughes this season. Great DE improvement. D could be even better next year with Milano being a 3rd year, and Edmunds coming on.
  8. I think he's dancing like, "WTF is the hold I'm supposed to run through!" Ivory can create his own holes. That said, I'd draft a RB (someone like Chubb, or Hunt) ,etc. that can complement Shady and Ivory.
  9. exactly. I'd say if we had Wood and Incognito back we may be a playoff team, even with the QB issues because we'd be able to open up the running game. We have so far been a 1 dimensional team with subpar QB play.
  10. Juju has: (a) Big Ben throwing the ball; (b) Antonio Brown opposite him; (c) a stellar running game. If Juju were here, he'd look like Zay, perhaps worse.
  11. wonder if the Altitude impacts anyone. It's over 2K feet higher than Denver.
  12. Legit. We shut down a couple good offenses this year, including Minnesota. Also, the D was on the field A LOT given our 3 and out offense that was run until last week.
  13. Hauschka and Milano
  14. is Barkely the next Fitzpatrick? If so, I'd take that as our backup!
  15. Some good points, but practice squad players do not get 1st team reps. Assuming your analysis is correct on the pass,, what QB on the team would have made a better throw? I'd still keep Barkley starting while he's hot.
  16. Thank you to all the Veterans and their family for their service and sacrifices to keep this Country safe and free.
  17. I agree. I think he plays until he falters, then Allen goes in. Could also be the Veteran that Allen was supposed to learn from this year. I agree he could be the long-term backup. He was slated to be Cincy's backup pre-injury. he had 12 days w/ this team, and who knows if he was even throwing to Foster during that time, given that Foster just got called up from the PS.
  18. In terms of 2, would like to see some of the younger guys like Teller get extended playing time. We know some of the players on the OL won't be back next year or are destined to backup roles. Cuse is already #13!! If they play ND like they did Clemson, they could conceivably beat ND and win-out, having a 10 win season and being a top 5-10 team!!
  19. the line is in need of serious work. Although I wouldn't take one in Rd. 1. The value seems to be late Rd1-Rd.2. I'd trade down for one, however. And grab two (late round 1, early rd. 2). Then WR.
  20. Fire MCD and Bean. Getting another Carolina player. ……;)
  21. anyone know how he did? I didn't notice him in the game.
  22. could also grab Jesse James in FA.
  23. Here are my suggestions, in this order (only personnel. I would also get a QB, OL coach, and perhaps new OC): (1) Sign Bridgewater. Now, a competent vet for Allen to learn from. He is a FA after this season, and we can outbid others for him with our cap space. (2) Sign best FA Center available (unless he is not a "top caliber" center. Then draft one. No point in signing another Bodine/Gory) (3) Sign at least one of: Geronomio. Allison, R. Cobb, Golden Tate, Cole Beasley, John Brown, Deonte Thompson, T. Williams. (4) Sign one of: Coleman, Ingram, L. Murry. Draft what you didn't get above, but don't reach. Either trade-down or take BPA.
