  1. loved Lofton calling out KB. Trade Clay for a 7th rounder of free when the season is over.
  2. that was PI on the play at the end of the game where Zay didn't catch the ball. The DB is all over him PRIOR to the ball arriving and not attempting to catch the ball himself. Classic PI that this idiot ref crew missed. They also missed a hit on Allen's head on the prior play. MCD should rip them in the post game press conference, but he won't. The squay wheel gets the grease. Something like, when asked about penalties on the Bills: "well, Josh got hit in the head a lot and it wasn't called, so penalties and the lack of them were frusturating."
  3. the numerous hits to Allen's head that were not called were awful. And despite the fact that Zay didn't catch the ball, the CB was all over him PRIOR TO the ball arriving. Should have been PI. Another missed call by this terrible officiating crew.
  4. seems like it. I'd say new holder throwing things off perhaps. and he hasn't punted well.
  5. terrible officiating. No roughing call on Allen, but Phillips gets called for a ticky tacky taunting call. nonsense.
  6. I can see the 60K point, but I think we can fill a 70K seat dome for a few reasons while still having pricing/increased revenue: 1. more people will come to a dome game; 2. the lux boxes at the stadium will be much better than at the Ralph, driving more corporate investment. But I'd be fine with 60K.
  7. ha, and we all used to complain that Buddy Nix made no transactions. !
  8. McCarthy in Green Bay is handicapped by an incompetent GM and Rodgers huge contract. I'd keep him. If they can him, he'll be picked up by the Jets. I don't want that. Bowles has to be on the hottest seat, followed by Lewis and Gase. Lincoln Riley (HC-Oklahoma) is about to cash in BIG TIME!
  9. Dome. Was watching the Vikings game. So loud. Imagine how loud we would be in a 70K seat dome!! Plus, a dome can be used year-round for events like concerts, etc. I think the "weather" aspect of our home field is overrated. The noise we bring is the biggest factor. We will get more people to the game in bad weather with a dome, and it will be louder.
  10. No way. I'm keeping Jordan Phillips. Likely costs less and will produce more.
  11. I think both come back. They both seem to be enjoying this season, and with the offseason restocking at WR, OL, RB, LB, and DL we could undertake, they will want to be a part of next years team.
  12. The arrival of Foster has really helped. Glad they found a speed guy. Looks like he can make some difficult catches also, after having issues earlier. Add another WR in FA or the draft, and you could have a nice trifecta of Jones, Foster and new guy. I'd add a few more for depth, but Foster has had 2 big weeks.
  13. They should can Marrone at the end of the year. The guy is an arrogant jerk who can't coach.
  14. 1. Baker 2. Allen 3. Darnold 4. Jackson 5. Rosen (has not been overly impressive despite all the weapons he has).
  15. hahah. Jalen was awful. He is vastly overrated.
  16. the Ad makes me consider quitting Fan Duel and going with Draft Kings!
  17. trade clay for nothing to avoid cap/dead cap hit, and sign Jesse James. James and Croom should make a nice pair, esp. for a young QB.
  18. T. Hill uses his punt return moves to get open, no corner can cover that, or they fall, and he is wide-open and then uses his blazing speed. I'd agree, he is the top offensive weapon. Then you throw in Kelce (who had 2 huge drops) and Hunt.
  19. build around Allen this off-season. Bring in young, talented OL, WR, and RB help. If Allen is not successful next year, draft another QB. Then we will have the framework for a QB to be successful. I'd also bring in a QB coach ASAP. Look at Goff pre and post McVey.
  20. also plenty of debate about who the BPA is. Or if you have a franchise QB, you wouldn't take BPA QB. You'd trade back and get the best OL, DE, CB, etc.
  21. Imagine if we add another DT or DE with a top 5 pick (I can't see value at any other position in the top 5, and I'd be fine with trading down, so this is only if we stay top 5). Lawson has also been doing a great job opposite Hughes this season. Great DE improvement. D could be even better next year with Milano being a 3rd year, and Edmunds coming on.
  22. I think he's dancing like, "WTF is the hold I'm supposed to run through!" Ivory can create his own holes. That said, I'd draft a RB (someone like Chubb, or Hunt) ,etc. that can complement Shady and Ivory.
  23. exactly. I'd say if we had Wood and Incognito back we may be a playoff team, even with the QB issues because we'd be able to open up the running game. We have so far been a 1 dimensional team with subpar QB play.
