  1. Would love this pick. Drafted him in the mock draft page! Great find. He was very productive at Kansas, and likely drew a decent amount of attention from opposing teams.
  2. not a huge fan of Metcaf at #9, honestly. I'd rather take Hock. I think there are better WR's in this draft. Metcaf is not as skilled as Megatron, IMO, and did not dominate the same way Megatron did in college. DK in the second is fine. Williams at #9 would be insane. Sometimes I wonder if fanspeak is just messing with people. I did a draft, Williams was there at 9, and I exited and did it over.
  3. Yep, Beasley chose Buffalo over NE: https://sportsday.dallasnews.com/dallas-cowboys/cowboys/2019/03/14/cole-beasley-picked-bills-cowboys-patriots-opportunities-felt-like-could Allen was also a draw for Beasley and Brown: http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000001022827/article/cole-beasley-watch-the-film-before-bashing-josh-allen
  4. wow, this is fantastic.
  5. 1: R1P9 TE T.J. HOCKENSON IOWA 2: R2P8 LB DEVIN BUSH MICHIGAN 3: R3P10 G CHRIS LINDSTROM BOSTON COLLEGE 4: R4P10 OT KALEB MCGARY WASHINGTON 5: R4P29 WR ANTHONY JOHNSON BUFFALO 6: R5P9 EDGE MAXX CROSBY EASTERN MICHIGAN 7: R5P20 EDGE JORDAN BRAILFORD OKLAHOMA STATE 8: R6P8 RB BRYCE LOVE STANFORD 9: R7P11 DL DANIEL WISE KANSAS 10: R7P14 RB MYLES GASKIN WASHINGTON all the QB's were available at 9, so in reality a trade-down would have occurred. But still happy with this draft.
  6. Welcome to The Process. Competition at every position. If you are not playing at a Pro Bowl level (or even at a starter level in the case of these 2), you are subject to being replaced. Looks like The Process is working.
  7. looks like on twitter that some are speculating Poyer will give him 21, and Poyer will use #33.
  8. this. someone the other team will have to account for every time he is on he field.
  9. including a few WR's, IMO.
  10. I'm thinking, hoping, that more players flip from the Jets. Would be fantastic!~!!!!
  11. would love to see Allen have a mini WR-QB camp in Cali with Foster, Brown, Cole, etc.
  12. wow. you think the Saints could have kept him at that price. I would have liked him here.
  13. darn it. Thanks. Hard to tell on NFL network or Sirrius. I thought the only thing that happened in the NFL yesterday was OBJ to Cleveland and Bell to NYJ.
  14. I'd still love to add Cook or Eifert, and Houston or Suh. And Williams and Saffold. Getting Eifert could be an incentive-laden deal. When healthy, he's the best catching TE in the red-zone. the NFL network is now garbage. There is no place to turn for around-the-league coverage. Literally, the most interesting thing on the NFL network is the ticker at the bottom telling you the news around the league. Coverage: limited to splash players for hours on end. It's like ESPN.
  15. Ed Oliver. He is just a fantastic pairing with Star. Space eater and A. Donald type. totally agree with this. D. White would be a fantastic addition, or give us the ability to trade down with a team like the Steelers that needs him. With White, you are set at LB for 10 years. With Oliver, or Wilkins in a trade-down, you get an impact DT. And don't forget about Simmons, who could fall. I'd go TE in the 2nd or 3rd. Irv Smith would be a great addition that is a bit under the radar right now.
  16. Nope, see the Pats****. And even Rams to some extent. A top WR does not "carry" a team. Nice to have and makes winning easier, but not necessary. And, the WR's we have (Brown and Foster and Beasley, and Zay) play into Allen's strengths. They should perform better here than elsewhere if Allen progresses. I also think a WR in Rd. 2-3 has the potential to be a #1. exactly. he could put up gigantic numbers here. Esp with Foster opposite. And Beasley working the middle.
  17. I'm keeping both Bodine and Murphy for depth, regardless of the rest of FA and the draft. Unless we draft a top center or edge and can trade Bodine or Murphy for something.
  18. So, we can still get Saffold, or a great Edge rusher!
  19. Morse over any of them. Morse has not allowed a sack since 2015. Not average.
  20. Not bad for the Colts. They have a ton of Cap space, 1 year deal, and he won't be the focus of the defense with Hilton drawing the most coverage.
  21. fantastic hole plugging by Bean. The dude can catch everything, hopefully 100 mph footballs from Allen. Now we can get a great WR in Round 2-3, and a stud at 9 or trade down. Puts Zay on notice also.
  22. or comes here.....
  23. WOW. upset at Mosley's K perhaps? More money in Minn? I wanted Barr, was upset when Jets got him, and now..... LOL. If this happened to the Bills, the national media would be all about how this place sucks, etc. Instead it's "whatever." The Jets org is a joke compared to Buffalo.
  24. that's the other John Brown. Who was just signed to play RB Great name.
