  1. I agree. I could also see us drafting McCoy from T A&M as he can be a backup guard and center, making Bodine redundant and tradable.
  2. Home: Baltimore (W); Bengals (W); Eagles (L); Washington (W); Denver (W); Miami (W); Jets (W); Pats (L) Away: Browns (L); Pittsburgh (W); Dallas (L); Giants (W); Tennessee Twitter and Forward Lateral Cheaters (W); Miami (W); Pats (L); Jets (W). I get 11-5. I see a realistic swing of up to 2 games either way.
  3. Pittsburgh is not far away. Let's all go to the game (I live here, so not hard for me). That said, I think we will be able to shut down their passing game with our secondary and get an INT or 2--the key will be stopping the run. On offense, I see us being able to score on the overrated PIT D.
  4. looks like Seattle + Oregon, + an AAF/XFL Jersey combo. It's gross.
  5. I'd take Love with one of our 4ths. Perhaps pair him with Sanders from PSU. We have two RB's this year (McCoy and Gore) that likely wont' be here next. So let our new two learn from the old 2. Although I'm not crazy about drafting 2 RB's.
  6. yes he is. He is all over the place, that's why I had the disclaimer that I think he goes before the 6th. I'd take him in the 2nd or 3rd for sure, depending on what we already picked.
  7. just really terrible.
  8. i would love to get Duke. I just think some team will overpay for him.
  9. Great topic. Here are my picks: 1. McGary--OT, Washington. Walter Football has him going in the 6th, I think he goes before then. 2. Wes Hills, RB, Slippery Rock. Good size and speed, but competition not very great. 3. J. Custis, Syracuse, WR. Great size. Not very fast, however. Could emerge as a red-zone target. 4. Nauta, GA TE. Has the traits, could have been a scheme issue at GA? 5. Humphrey, WR-Texas. Would not go so late in the draft, if not for off-field issues.
  10. Duke Johnson a no show is interesting. I can see him being traded. Buffalo unlikely. I see some team giving a 3rd or higher for him.
  11. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/news/three-round-2019-nfl-mock-draft-bills-get-quinnen-williams-patriots-take-two-tes-and-a-qb-redskins-load-up-on-offense/ um.....yes. Also a fan of the 2nd round pick to the Bills. Not sure about the 3rd round pick, but it's another Allen. some other interesting picks here, with Tillery (DL) and Risner (OT) going in the 1st.
  12. I could see this. Get a top pass-rusher at 6, then trade up in the first with your other first round pick to land a QB.
  13. Man, I should have watched his games this year. I think this is the second Slippery Rock prospect in the last couple of years. That said, I think he'd be a great UDFA pickup from what I see.
  14. Totally agree with this Logic. (see what I did there!). We should all be thrilled the Bills are staying in Buffalo. Lets never lose sight of that. We all have different opinions on where the stadium should be, if it should be a dome or open, etc. (I favor dome, anywhere, because it allows out of town folks to more easily convince their friends/colleagues to go to late season games). But at the end of the day, I'll still be going up for games to watch the Buffalo Bills, in Buffalo!!!
  15. A mock focusing on trades is fun. But, well, this result is terrible. You don't take, in my opinion, a guy with a "high ceiling" that has proven nothing in college in the 1st round, esp. top 15, esp. when proven, other athletic players are available. This is what taking Gary is. If a "freak athlete" can't get it done in college, I'm not sure he'll get it done in the pros. Lindstrom and Harris I like. The others are a bit underwhelming, esp. considering the WR talent that should be available. With the trade down, this is what I would have done, based off picks that went right behind us: 15: Bradbury G/C: NC State 40: Irv Smith, JR TE Alabama 74: Damien Harris--RB, Alabama 76: Riley Ridley--WR, Georgia 96: Daniel Wise--DL--Kansas
  16. I think he will be signed after June 1st cuts by a team looking for cheap OL depth.
  17. great research oP! I could see another OL vet and a DT. I have a feeling DL (edge or DT) for sure. McCoy would be fantastic.
  18. Wow. Awesome work. A few thoughts: 1. I think the Cardinals have more around the QB then the media lets on. The QB still has Fitzgerald and Kirk at WR, along with Johnson at RB. Rosen simply couldn't get it done, and the "he has no talent around him" narrative was bizarrely created. 2. I think the Giants take a QB with one of the 1st two picks. I could see them skipping QB first, but with the 2nd 1st rounder I think they take Lock, or trade up to get the QB they want. 3. I do not see the Steelers taking a CB. In fact, I see the Steelers trading up to get one of the Devin LB's. They are in dire need of a MLB. If they can't get a Devin, then I see them trading back and taking Sing as another poster suggested. I love the idea of Oliver falling to the Bills. I hate the idea of Bosa or WIlliams ending up on the Jets!
  19. I'd put Sanders slightly ahead of Brown, although Brown is likely the best CFB RB ever. And he's up there for best college Lax player ever. When you need to get a yard, Bettis in his prime was unstoppable. That doesn't make him the best all-time, but perhaps the best all-time goal-line back.
  20. I could see Irv Smith being the guy. Are there any other TE's from Bama that may go UDFA. Perhaps a Foster type TE??!! agree with everything here. Esp. the hands comment. Not taking a 1st or 2nd round pick on an "athlete" at WR or TE with "questionable" hands.
  21. ha, I thought WR also at first. LB Marshall is a good get for the Raiders.
  22. You'll have a lot of people saying, "no," and I wonder how many of them are the same "draft a QB every year until you have a Pro Bowl" QB folks. Your idea is the same: get a QB this year, in fact, a top 10 draft QB, for a 2nd rounder. I don't know if I like the idea, I may wait till next year and grab as much talent, so if Allen falters the next QB has a loaded lineup. But your idea is not crazy as some have/will insinuate.
  23. I think Wilkins is a late 1st round type of guy. Good, not great. As someone mentioned, he played on an uber talented line, and plateaued production wise 2 years ago. A "safe" player, definitely. Great rotational player, yep. But.... With a top 10 pick, you need a guy who projects as a year 1 starter, and competitor for DROY (if defense), and perennial pro-bowler. I'd actually put Wilkins at 4 in the DL line ranking, with Williams, Oliver, and Simmons ahead of him.
  24. wait. Preston Brown said something good about Buffalo. I thought players hated it here. hahah. AB.
