Predicted offensive roster before camp
RyanC883 replied to Brian3488's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
interesting. I think this will be one of the more enjoyable preseasons to watch in recent memory. Finally depth, and we can watch our team and others to improve upon the depth. No glaring holes at starting positions. I only disagree with the RB diagnosis. I think Singletary gets a lot more carries than you, but we'll see. Good problem to have in the RB room! I can also envision a 2 back backfield at some points with McCoy and Singletary. Then you can put McCoy at WR on a motion, or do something else creative. -
Deep dive on Mitch Morse in TBN - great story

I like that we have good players who are likable. -
We have to at least go after him. He is a pass-rushing DL. From PFF above, "Daniels’ pass-rush win rate of 14.4% from that alignment ranks 6th among qualifiers, as well." Yes, he may want to go to a "Super Bowl" contender. Those teams may not have the $ to pay him. He would likely start on our line next to Oliver? Plus, perhaps playing for McDermott and Frazier will change his mind. Get him on a 2 year deal here. Let Phillips develop more as a rotational piece.

Off season discussion - Abolish the divisions!

I love the idea of getting the rivals/divisions closer. Will encourage out of town fans, better game day experience, and likely overall greater interest. -
this is like Eddleman's thumb injury. Just giving a vet some time off. Lets the rookie and Yeldon get work.

Tom Brady : Not winning Father Of The Year
RyanC883 replied to Just Jack's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
eh. I can't stand Brady, but it was smart of him to hold her, otherwise she could have jumped too-close. As for him "dragging her," that's the point of holding her, to make sure she gets far enough away from the "cliff" during the jump. -

perhaps some middle-ground. Training camp bodies so Milano can ease his way back into it, and not be overextended too early? -
Bledsoe. Had a fun first year, and if it's a better deal than the Henry jersey, I'd do it. Can't lose either way, take the better deal ! Had Paup as a kid also. Don't know what I did with it, think I donated it to Goodwill. Wish I still had it. Would love a Kenneth Davis one!

Rafael Bush retires; Bills sign Kurt Coleman

great signing. Secondary depth was missing about 2 years ago. Now, we have it. Very important. -
who was the guy we had, in the secondary, a few years ago pointing at the other player while the other team scored a TD? He basically gave up on the play.... that was a signature move right there.

unless you are the NYJ's, or Oakland Raiders. They would overpay for a RB. There is always someone who will! Watching Bell get hammered this year will be satisfying. The Steelers line is the reason he was able to do his dance step, then forward move. May not have that time in NYJ. And won't have it when Oliver is coming for you! Same with Zeke. Dude has a great OL. Gordon, on the other hand, usually has a suspect OL. What would he look like behind a good OL.

its treatable, generally with blood thinners, which create issues in a contact sport like football. could lead to uncontrollable bleeding, I think. I'm not a Dr, however.

I think their backup Eckler performed decently last year. Gordon may have little leverage. Wonder what LAC would give for Shady, Gore, or Yeldon? I could see LAC going after Duke Johnson if Gordon holds out. Although the Browns likely don't want to trade him to someone they view as a possible playoff opponent. Ture, but that is an improving OL. I'd imagine Ekeler looks better this year. Pair Ekeler with Johnson, Shady, or Yeldon and you have basically what you have with Gordon. Perhaps even better due to injury bug that hits Gordon.

Bills could face Daniel Jones week 2

I like our chances with either guy. Might actually be easier to play Eli. Lots of tape on him.
