  1. If Morse is out, I hope Bates is back well enough to take over at Center. And then, who plays RG? Ike? I'm Rotten? The Quiz? Bobby No-Hart? I found it interesting that Quessenberry was the guy on Saturday. And to his credit, and Von Roten, they did quite well in the 4th quarter. So, with Bates back--I think--I'm not panicked about it.
  2. At the time, I was wanting them to get the TD. But this is why . . .
  3. And both had our hopes up for a time. Oh well, we just have to beat them on the field.
  4. Bills should win easily in Chicago. But I have been a fan of this team too long to be overconfident. This is the definition of a "trap game." = A game we will be heavy favorites in, on the road, a week before a hugely important game, and this is the NFL--where on any given week any team can get a win. But, yes, we should win easily.
  5. Yeah, this probably makes the decision for them (about Boettger). Bates is the Swiss Army Knife on OL, and I trust him at center. With him, it allows Mitch to take his time to come back; if he wants to and is able. Hopefully Boettger is ready to go. Although I thought Von Rotten and Quessenbury did decent after things settled last night. But man, can VR put more zip on his shotgun hikes, it looks like it is in slow motion sometimes?
  6. Actually, they just bought some land. I think they are seriously in conversations about a new stadium. https://www.si.com/nfl/bears/news/bears-confirm-purchase-of-race-track-property
  7. Time for a 99 yard drive. LETS GO!
  8. Phish have a 125 rushing yards. Ugh!
  9. Thank you, for not running the ball down there M&M.
  10. Josh needs a carry or two to settle him.
  11. Hang in there Colts, do not want the Vikings breaking our comeback record 😣
  12. Just like me when I'm looking for the nearest restroom after a long flight.
  13. I never thought I would ever type this, but Hart actually looked decent playing inside in the preseason. And, to his credit, he has a nasty streak that might be just the thing we need for the sleazeball Wilkins?
  14. Happy Game Day, TBD! . . . . Let it snow, Let it snow, Let it snow. ... A lot of TV to watch today: Soccer for breakfast, a few matinee football games, lot's of college basketball, some meaningless Bowl games for diehard fans, and then the featured game of the week. .... It will be in "Made for TV Snow" falling--like a scene from a Hallmark Christmas movie; a rivalry game with revenge on our minds (if only Bryan Cox would come out and be the "Legend of the Game" ... nothing would get the crowd more fire-up than that ... that would be epic!); big play-off implications, the #1 seed in play, the NFL Network is in town; yeah, it's gonna be a fun one. So, have a great day, and a better night celebrating an old fashion snowball fight beat-down of the Phish!!!! LET'S GO BUFFALO!
  15. Little of this makes sense. The Steelers in Oregon, yet Green Bay takes West Virginia .... Pittsburgh is in WV's backyard The Jets take North Dakota ? The Phish in Delaware ? The Bills must viewed in Nebraska ? Lamar winning New Mexico ? Payton Manning ? Offensive lineman showing up anywhere ? This does not pass the eyeball test for me. More like the eye-roll quiz.
  16. Yes, our QB is good, very good! It’s nice to have the opportunity to even have this discussion.
  17. Someone call Children’s Services. Now!
  18. I said it last week in the Dane vs Isaiah thread, what bothers me the most and what is most troublesome for the Bills D, are his missed tackles! Just confirmation of the eye test.
