  1. Round these parts @mrags calls this the Coleman stretch of the NFL calendar.
  2. I think Taylor Rapp will forget that Diggs is no longer a teammate and will hit him helmet to helmet or will spear him in the neck after a play has ended, ending his afternoon early.
  3. Hmmm... didn't the lawsuit get dropped, the authorities failed to raise criminal charges, and the accuser's story fall apart? I guess even without the charges, the fact that he admitted to having sex with her against the side of the house at a party must have been proof enough that he was a culture fit for the Chiefs... 🤷‍♀️
  4. Except that most were no longer in his organization, and while the timing of the release coincided with the Bills being pretty underwhelming on the field, to source 25 people and put together a 3 part 21,000 word series on McDermott suggests that this was in the works as early as the offseason. I agree that Beane engaging him may be a means to control the narrative. Regardless of whether or not he ultimately was approached about it and/or signed off on it, it has to rankle McDermott… especially if he is the thin-skinned, narcissistic control freak that takes no responsibility for failure, as Dunne had previously written (his words, not mine…).
  5. I want the Bills to also have to deal with the embarrassment that one of their SB rings has a typo in it.
  6. KC United… those effers stole the rings from a youth program. Bastards! https://www.kcunited.org
  7. Whether I reference it as the "hit piece," which is immediately recognized, or as the heavily sourced 20,000 word article that nobody in the Bills FO refuted, it doesn't change the point of my post. After the fallout from the article for McDermott, it's interesting that Beane sat down with Dunne and provided him more access.
  8. Interesting that Beane sat down with him given the hit piece on McDermott last season. Regardless of what your opinion on the article was in terms of justified or not, it caused McDermott some embarrassment that he had to publicly answer for. Now his GM is giving the author more access…
  9. He’s 50 yrs old… not saying it’s impossible, but if that was the message he might consider changing his name to Bachelor Milloy.
  10. I gave him an A but I think he's in the B+/A- range. His maneuvering to get Allen was his crowning achievement, but I also think 3 of the last 4 opening day rosters were talented enough to win a SB. If Miller doesn't blow out his knee and they bring home the Lombardi one of the last 2 seasons, no one would care about the investment in an aging player because we'd be too busy smiling and high-fiving about the hardware. Prior to the injury, that looked like the type of impact he could have had. With FA and the salary cap, no lineup is perfect top to bottom. Beane has no control of injuries or coaching decisions, which have undermined those opening day rosters.
  11. Man… if this keeps up there’s no way we’re winning the offseason. 😶
  12. I think Doug Whaley said it best (surprisingly enough); “This is the game of football. Injuries are part of it. It's a violent game that I personally don't think lizard people are supposed to play."
  13. You mean like the up man in the fake punt package...
  14. 6' and 1000 lbs... something tells me that bear wasn't running very fast, either
  15. Sooooo… Keon Coleman is so slow that it’ll take him 5 years to play out a 4 year contract? 🤷‍♂️😂
  16. Beaten to death might be a bit extreme... but I'm all for seeing Flutie be the subject of a beating... maybe even a caning. 🤷‍♂️
  17. As opposed to Pats*** fans, who are generally just miserable butt-holes that also happen to bandwagon cheer for a football team despite knowing nothing about the sport
  18. I rank Nick Wright #1 for the most phallic nose in sports commentary.
  19. Yes, but the rest of the design is wide open, just the way he likes it. It was the only thing that kept him from running through the house.
  20. I mean, at least the players would have a whole offseason to heal from surgery after tearing god knows what ligaments on the ***** turf.
  21. I don't care one way or the other. The thing that irks me is the league's hypocrisy about it. They can ***** the players out to appear in the commercials and then suspend them for using the product... that's like suspending Mean Joe Greene for drinking a Coke or suspending Baker Mayfield for subscribing to Hulu.
