Araiza was never arrested. What's your source?
-
Read the last sentence of my post.
-
Disappointed with their rush to judgment in the Araiza case. Don't know of any precedent of a team making an apology. However, I don't believe precedence is needed to do the right thing.
-
Just finished listening to Beane's press conference. I agree with Beane's argument to keep Miller active while the Dallas police do and complete their investigation. Like Beane said, "We don't want to rush to judgment". However, he and the Bills are coming across, to me, as being very disingenuous. I'm referring to the Matt Araiza situation. Unlike Miller. Araiza was never arrested. Also unlike Miller, the Bills rushed to judgment and released Araisa. For those of you who aren't aware, Matt Araisa was exonerated of all charges. From my perspective, I think the Bills owe Matt Araisa an apology and need to invite him back to try and make the team.

Should we take your post to mean that Beane's inability to build an Offense with more superstars is the reason the Bills fall short every year?
-
Not yet convinced that Cook is the answer at running back.
-
I don’t think McDermott should be fired.
-
Of all of this year's Super Bowl Contenders, Miami is the most TE-needy team.
-
It might be prudent to ask the Seneca Nation if they would be kind enough to perform a ceremony forgiving the Bills Nation for building a stadium on sacred ground.
-
Beane needs to keep both DE's.
-
I think the Bills will resign AJ. He's played well.

Maybe some clever chef can prepare a new pastry and call it " The Bill"s Turnover". A flakey shell filled with fumbles, drops, and misses.

Mike Norvell - the coach you didn't know you wanted
gjv replied to LeGOATski's topic in The Stadium Wall
Norvell currently makes just north of 7mil. He is about to get a huge raise to keep him from going to replace Jimbo Fisher at Texas A&M. -
If the Bills fired or cut everyone associated with the team for a bonehead play this year, they would have to suit up Terry Pegula and 21 of his closest friends.
-
I would think that bringing Matt Araiza in for a tryout is the right thing to do, both morally and perhaps for the betterment of the team.

I'm hoping Brady can improve the fundamentals of our skilled players.
-
It's been obvious since the end of the Miami game that the Bills skill players on offense have been flawed in fundamentals, inconsistent, and have made far too many mistakes. In addition to the downturn performance of those players, our special team play has also deteriorated. On the other hand, our injury-riddled defense has been able to play at a reasonably high level. Could it be, with the injuries to the defense that coach McDermott has had to spend a disproportionate amount of time scheming, hands-on coaching, and defensive gaming planning to compensate for the downgrade in starting talent on the defense? Thus the lack of detail and consistency by our offensive skill players and special teams is a result of McDermott's lack of time with those two groups.

Old saying: “Teams are a reflection of their COACH”

I'd say you need a lot more sample size of McDermott than what was on the tube last night to apply your Physiognomy skills. -
Bills skill players on offense are recking the game, not Dorsey.

I didn’t know Dorsey has to throw the ball too.

I didn’t know that Dorsey has to throw and catch the ball too.

11/19/2023 - Numerology and how the Bills run the table
gjv replied to BringBackFergy's topic in The Stadium Wall
You make a lot more sense than most of the knuckleheads wanting coaches' heads to roll midway through the season. -
Not one of Josh's better decisions.

I've watched every Bills play this season. If I were to critisize the defense it would be a lack of talent at the CB position. That being said, the Bills are 5th in the league in points allowed. Not too bad considering the multitude of injuries. On offense, I would have to say lack of execution and moronic penalties are more to blame for lack of production than scheme and play calling. Even with that said, the Bills are 5th in yards/game and 5th in points per/game. Now I haven't observed how the Bills practice, so that might be where the coaching staff is failing. However, on game day, I have to say it's the inconsistent proper execution of the players that has to be blamed for the fans wanting the coach's heads to roll.
