Saleh was a significant part of the distraction. The defense resented he would stand up to Rodgers and the crappy Offense. There was no chance Saleh was getting this team to the playoffs. None. So firing him after 5 games was of no consequence.

not sure why Cam Ward isn't getting 1st round worthy cred in this thread. he played 5 years of college ball, including Wash St and Miami, 35 starts. He actually declared for the draft last year then decided to play another year at Miami, where his is tearing it up. he's 6'2" 223--decent size and can run some. He's better than Bryce Young was. Anthony Richardson is a disaster---but this was predictable: guy never really played QB much. Ward is not as good a prospect as thought to predictable busts were?? makes no sense.
