  1. list all the legitimate questions you have other than "why wait 30 years"...
  2. I'm also shocked. (too soon?)
  3. What's the ridiculous part? You're position is that she waited too long--and now she should just live with it because.....well, it's been a really long time. Just leave the guy alone, right? That's not "ridiculous"? Is that what you would tell your wife or daughter? Leave the guy alone, it's just been too long. Take it to your grave?
  4. I didn't need to try---every poster on this board but you already knew the answer. But since you're a real whiz at google, tell us how many snow games have been played in Buffalo in the past, say, 10 years. Do Chris Stapleton et al, have some sort of magic stages that they will be quickly erecting and breaking down for their stadium show in June? The point is that the taxpayers are not on the hook for billions, or the overruns---you made that all up. Also, Fans and corporate suite renters aren't asked to decide on stadium details like a dome or not....anywhere.
  5. taxpayers didn’t spend billions Bills average less than 1 home game in the snow per season Syracuse is the lake effect capital
  6. it doesn’t blow up the narrative that Josh is throwing to a number of well payed, mediocre pass catchers.
  7. lol if only. its some country music thing Bills lack of rings has no correlation to lack of dome
  8. his money is likely nearly gone, so no your scenario is improbable
  9. goths i'll concede. Repo men too
  10. there is one event on the Highmark calendar that is not a Bills game between now and the rest of the season.
  11. he's literally not having surgery because he doesn't think he needs it. never was.. It's something the Bills let out there to explain why they are letting him go after blowing a 3rd on this guy.
  12. one does not live the rest of one's life reliving their death....
  13. This kind of thinking gets repeated a lot. But it's fallacy. Football stadiums, domed or not, are essentially useless for "year round" use for the simple reason that there are very few events that can book a space that big. Go look at the booking calendar of any domed stadium you want---it's hardly used at all. And Buffalo already has a convention center that is underbooked. why would it build another nearly empty one? It's not a large convention destination.
  14. what surgery? he's shopping himself to other teams now, not surgeons...
  15. of course there are statutes of limitation to charge a crime. but not for all crimes. this is a civil suit anyway...
  16. so did Peterman. obviously the Vikes like McCarthy. The Jets liked Zach Wilson so much that they let Arnold leave the building. Bears really loved Fields--so much so that they let Trubisky (who they also loved just 4 years earlier) leave the building. NE liked Mac Jones so much that 3 years later they drafted Drake Male....who they liked even more!
  17. their hope is that he’s fully healed to the point where he’s a mediocre college QB again
  18. countless 1st round busts have that written after their names right now
  19. he's not a very talented QB and he had a significant injury immediately.
  20. Not 100% clickbait it think. MCCarthy is an extremely shaky top pick and lasted 5 minutes so far in this league. From Darnold to JJ, they are going to see a massive drop-off.
  21. she reported it to the school. Once they told her to forget about it, she’s not going to take it to the cops. none of this is hard to understand
  22. "The victim, a Barnard student, later reported the incident to a Columbia University administrator who urged her not to file a criminal complaint and that if she pursued one, Jane Doe “would be known as the girl who destroyed a black man’s NFL dream.” all you had to do was read the article...
  23. Haslam is the dumbest owner for sure (and that's saying something in this league), but if Watson was not a moldering previous flash in the pan when they gave him that contract (let's say he was Josh Allen they were signing), the full guarantee would not have been so shocking. Exactly, so the Watson contract had no impact on future QB contracts (far better QBs have been re-signed for far more--none of them fully guaranteed though). Barkley signed a fair contract with the Eagles before last season. He didn't ask for, but got a lot more, after the season. That's dumb. Browns "obliterated the market"? Garrett's guarantee at signing is #4 for current D-lineman contracts. His total contract value is #2 (Nick Bosa is #1 in both categories). He is #1 in average annual--only 4.5 million ahead of Bosa. No team would have offered him less than Nick Bosa.... What else you got?
  24. Bills did it (briefly) with Josh. Go yell at the Eagles for gifting Barkley another contract right after he signed the first one. THAT was dumb. Watson's contract, at this point, is a pimple on the NFL's rump, as QB contracts quickly and steadily eclipsed it. Watson' average salary isn't even top 10 for QBs.
