  1. lame diapers for Monday?
  2. showing up for this event was the worst
  3. no no....you're not pining over his cruel fate. it cut you deep, didn't it doc? lol Anyway, the year the Bills let BoJoGo, he led the NFL in yards per punt, 4th in net and was 7th inside the 20%. Too expensive? He got $1 million from the Packers for a year--essentially vet minimum. His avg annual now is #10 for Punters (Martin is very close at 12).
  4. they did what other major carriers did just before them. the fires are tragic for those who lost their homes, but these wildfires will only become even more frequent. They at some point it makes no sense to underwrite in these insanely high risk areas people are building in. It’s like hurricane and flood zones on the east coast—weather destroying homes and people just rebuild and wonder why they can’t get insured.
  5. Just fair catch. Punt returns are typically negligible this isn’t a probkem
  6. lol pining is what you did (endlessly) for the other mediocrity with a penchant for kids. im just pointing out getting rid of a decent punter made no sense. Now the Bills are, what, 3 Punters later and still looking? Come on. Unforced error. It’s dumb
  7. I don't see him suddenly being an impact player. he's just that kind of WR. he's good for a dink and dunk/checkdown. they don't need Samuel to be the guy Sunday...
  8. lol, he's 34--younger than Miller. This guy's inside the 20 numbers are 28/34/38% over 3 seasons. His net this season is 36.5. Martin is better now than this guy has been. but yeah, Punter doesn't matter--if you're punting that much for him to make a difference then he's not your problem---so I'm not sure why anyone would go so hard to the mats over a Punter. Right?? lol...
  9. a what? guy has started 4 games and appeared on the field for 31% of snaps since week 8....
  10. I'd be more worried about that secondary...
  11. he played 89% of Offensive snaps. Before the final game, Trubisky attempted 4 passes in 5 blowouts (only in 1 of them did he take more than 15% of snaps). Had they left Josh in those games, there's no reason to believe they would be asking him to pass any more than Trubisky did---just run out the clock. So Josh would had had little, if anything, to add to his stats in any of those games if he played them out. That leaves only the final game, in which case he might have had another couple of TDs before they switched to runs to end the game.. All in all, not much different.
  12. I mean that guy's narration, his finger and the awful production values made the video painful to watch. He needs a multimedia person to help him with this kind of stuff.
  13. One of the best. Better than the guy he replaced--or any since..
  14. sign the Punter bust? hells yeah!!! should have kept Bojo---he's one of the best in the NFL
  15. Flutie should have started that Titans game.
  16. who in the Bears organization is fit to judge the leadership skills of anyone? That ownership is a freak show.
  17. weird: https://www.yardbarker.com/nfl/articles/report_chicago_bears_make_odd_request_of_ben_johnson/s1_17081_41530720
  18. how bout a nice place by the airport?
  19. stop the presses!!
  20. i had read Johnson was uninterested in Chicago
  21. that was painful to watch...
  22. No. I looked. the facts will sink that Chief of Department. The whole department knew what this guy was up to. Multiple others have come forward as well. OT for sex.
  23. lol zing! those were all bad choices at the time. That franchise has screwed up the WB spot like few others have recently. No one was developed into anything because they weren’t any good. The Wilson pick was bad. The Fields signing was icing on the moron cake for that FO. Tomlin owes everything he has to Big Ben. Tall about coattails—he’s still riding them, yet there’s no coat.
  24. HC puts together his grocery/wish list. GM goes shopping. There isn't a HC in the league that does not have a significant hand in putting together a roster. Since Big Ben left, Steelers have drafted Pickett, Rudolph, Josh Dobbs, as well as signed Trubisky, Fields, and Wilson. I'm pretty sure any casual fan would know this is not what you do when formulating a succession plan for a franchise QB. The one constant through all of that is Tomlin. He has screwed up the QB spot every second since before the HOF QB he was gifted retired---none of that is for lack of "luck". Tomlin is coasting, comfortable in the knowledge that old man Rooney will never fire him. That was 14 years ago....3-8 since--including 4 one and dones in a row (about to be 5th).
