  1. It's not coordinator role. How many teams have an "assistant HC"?
  2. We are talking about QB salaries being too high/out of control, but they really aren't--especially with a steadily growing cap. Limiting it to 20% of the cap will always affect very few QBs and won't significantly alter these 40-50 million/yr contracts going forward.
  3. When does Lamar "transcend" the playoffs? 1-3 so far. Flacco, in his first 5 season, Ravens went 9-3. No need for this. Only 3 QB salaries for 2022 are over 20% of teams cap and no one is over 24%.
  4. I thought you were dragging the Tua pick
  5. So drafting Tua was evidence of Ross's "tank" scheme? lol, come on. Nearly every predraft ranking had Tua at #1 or #2, Herbert at 3. Tua's record is 13-8, Herbert's is 15-17.
  6. Amazon has never ignored me. I order something, it shows up, no questions asked.....
  7. "Flores also showed that while the owner/FO might have wanted to tank" He's shown no such thing as of yet.
  8. this is an awful example
  9. Flores hasn't shown that yet...
  10. Meanwhile.......SASHI IS BACK IN THE LEAGUE!!! https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/33217910/sashi-brown-leaves-nba-washington-wizards-join-front-office-nfl-baltimore-ravens-sources-say lol
  11. My point is based on the rosters before he joined and the obvious fact that Brady chose Tampa. Miami with Flores and Chad O'Shea wouldn't be an attractive combo to Brady, given the choice of Arians and Leftwich and Todd Bowles. Plus they had 2 of the best WR in the game at the time as well as a solid TE in Brate and OJ Howard. Plus Perriman. Ronald Jones had over 1000 yards from scrimmage. Miami had one RB with 200 yards--Fitzy was their rushing leader with only 243. They had 1 receiver with over 600 yards. Yeah they had Gesicki but they alos had Nick O'leary playing 7 games. No one, Brady especially, is going to look at those 2 rosters and coaching staffs and say, yeah, Brady might go to Miami over Tampa. Going on a boat ride was likely a courtesy for having been invited. If he thought Miami was had any chance for a SB, even if he brought along Gronk, AB (who was basically WR4/5 for Tampa in 2020), Brady would have chosen Miami. He didn't, so he didn't.
  12. I'm quite sure, barring dumb coaching decisions in game (see: Bills-Titans). you said I didn't think he was a great player. I was correcting you.
  13. There's no way Brady looks at the rosters of Tampa Bay and Miami and even sniffs hard at Miami 2 years ago. He picked a team that was a Brady away form a SB. He, like everyone else, knew that was not Miami. Brady got one over on BB by walking onto another team and winning a SB in year 1. Flores not being on the boat only meant there would be more avocado for Tommy. It wasn't a deal breaker because there was no way he was going to Miami. He could have simply talked to Flores when it was "legal" to do so and indicated any interest in the Dolphins. He clearly didn't.
  14. Well obviously he wasn't interested...he chose Tampa. No sane person would believe Brady would leave NE to lose out in Miami. Maybe he just wanted lunch on a richer man's yacht.
  15. How does Kirk replace Beasley and McKenzie?
  16. 1. the old veteran walked onto the stacked team and so far has gotten that team as far as Goff had--and they dumped Goff not long after. Goff's SB team scored 67 more points in a season with 1 less game and was #2 in scoring, with a bottom half Defense. If glory is only a SB win then there hasn't been much glory for many teams in a long time. Most would disagree with you and describe the SB Bills run as "glory years". 2. Rodgers is a great QB (who says otherwise?). He's also a whiner. Winners call the shots and 2010 was a long time ago. Over the Bills? No chance.
  17. "created" a scrub WR (by throwing him 20 passes in 2 years, no less!)? lol--ok, he can have that one. The inescapable points are that they put talent on the roster, enough to get him his first MVP in 6 years, and that the Packers aren't going to win another SB with Rodgers as QB. Also, "a certain Lions QB" actually returned the Rams to glory 3 years ago...... Quick, name another QB, who, beginning his second season (his first full season as a starter) would go on to win 42 games in the next 4 seasons, lead a number 1 and number 2 scoring offense in consecutive seasons, lead his team to their first playoff appearance in 13 years (and in 3 of his 4 seasons) and to their first SB appearance in 22 years....who was then traded.
  18. Must have been brutal having to play with Davante Adams and Aaron Jones the past 3-4 years. And bums like M V-S who averaged 19 YPC for 1100 yards and 9 TDs in past 27 games (missed some games this year) and Dillon who in his second season had nearly as many rushing yards and more yards from scrimmage total than any RB on the Bills roster. Gotta suck when you have "no weapons". Rodgers can come over to the AFC and choke away in the playoffs to Josh Allan/Bills for the remainder of his career. Rodgers, Peterson and J Jones can play canasta in the locker room
  19. The way he was taken out by Kellen and Hill, maybe he prefers KC take out slices instead
  20. the he pandemic didn’t wipe out the mom and pop stores? also, as you know, many small companies sell through Amazon If mom and pop stores are conveniently located and fully stocked with things people want to buy, they are doing ok. Visit any large city and you’ll pass dozens on a 1 mile city stroll.
