  1. Bills at Steelers, Week 2 preseason at Acrisure Heinz Field.
  2. He's still dead, and the Goldmans will still get the money they deserve. It's over, thankfully. Done. Finished.
  3. EXACTLY... I knew right away the BS that happened two years ago won't happen this season!!! A huge positive.
  4. Why is the Jets game in NJ a MNF game AGAIN?!?!? Why can't we get them on MNF in our house???
  5. Where did these games in bold come from?
  6. The Bills will play either the Cardinals, Jags or Titans Week One at home... pretty safe to say that now. I'm going to say Titans at Bills Week One because normally they seem to match us up together earlier in the season.
  7. Aiyuk changed his name to Valdez-Scantling
  8. Someone I worked with died of prostate cancer at 35. Chadwick Boseman died at 43 of colon cancer. It's a simple testing procedure.
  9. I can't see... the concocted drama here is as thick as pea soup.
  10. ALLRIGHT MEN OVER 45 LIKE MYSELF... GET TESTED. Sure it is an uncomfortable subject, but don't put it off. Get your prostate checked out and give yourself a fighting chance. RIP A.J. Smith
  11. I love the cuts and jukes that Johnson provided last season, essentially sending Murray down the depth chart. Adding ADDITIONAL talented and cheap depth at RB is ideal.
  12. For sure!!! I'm part of the "Old" Guard on TBD 😂 I met him at one of Bruce's charity golf tourneys in Virginia Beach along with Bruce, Thurman (who bought me a beer while schmoozing with the Hawaiian Tropic girls!), Junior Seau and Richard Roundtree. I doubt there has ever been more pure masculine cool energy at one club bar than that day... it was amazing. Sad though that 2 have already passed...
  13. That number though 💪 💪 💪
  14. Which is why I said Johnson is a complement back and provides the lateral quickness and vision that a power back lacks and Cook sometimes doesn't seem to have .
  15. That's why I said complement and not backup!
  16. Johnson already provides a nice complement to Cook, and this pick just bolsters our depth. I hope it works out!
  17. It doesn't have to be in Buffalo, but it could be somewhat successful if done right... I mean The Rock would be a pretty big draw in WNY hyping up the team. I don't think it would be successful if we remember the Destroyers and how that went. I think it would have to be a pretty big market to work- I don't know how big the Birmingham market is, but that's a head scratcher beyond the legacy choice from the USFL.
  18. We have watched a few games and they are entertaining, but I'm not rooting for any of those teams as there is zero connection. A true shame they couldn't add one team I could care about.
  19. Star Wars Ghosts N Goblins Street Fighter II Pac-Man
  20. That's fair... it is extremely hard to definitively prove that it does directly!
  21. The UFL to me is really failing because their teams are limited in regional scope (3 in Texas alone!) with no teams in the southwest, northwest, or northeast. How do they expect to survive when they are leaving out huge parts of the nation? Sure it is football, but there is not one single team I could ever remotely care about following and so I guess the UFL will fold like all of the other past offseason pro leagues. It's truly a shame.
  22. Dick Martin of Laugh-In fame married a centerfold, Dolly Read, in the early 1970s... he had some EXCELLENT taste! They were married for 33 years!!!
  23. The league rightfully has chosen to make their head coaching ranks look more like the player representation and so far it has paid off big time, because in 2024 minority head coaches are at the highest number in league history. That is true progress, and the Rooney Rule being in place is a good thing even if there is no "AHA!" data proving that it directly led to the hires.
  24. So we have our two locks in Shakir and Samuel, leaving some pretty good depth for rack and stack. Hollins hasn't had much stability at the QB position and even after that circus his production is undeniable. Signing Claypool was a huge gamble as he has been a known problem now for three different teams but his talent is WR1 like when in the right head space. Cephus is in the same boat as Claypool and has an opportunity to prove himself. Hamler is a sneaky good stash that Beane still has in his back pocket. Shorter hasn't even gotten to prove what he brings to the table. As of now, that's a REALLY good pool of risks we are working with to find needed depth at WR... and as you mentioned, we have the ability to trade for a top WR if needed. Beane is a genius... sure he most likely overpaid for Von, but his overall record as GM is brilliant.
