Beat the Chiefs, Ravens and Titans, too. 3 of the better teams in the AFC.

Yesterday’s hurdle into a crowd of defenders doesnt scream “I know what I’m doing”; it’s more instinct - I’ve done this before I’ll do it again. Past performance does not guarantee future success (re injuries) This is not criticizing Allen. We all just want him to have a really long career. And ultimately the argument isn’t “don’t run” Allen. It’s “run but when the situation clearly calls to slide - slide”. Those are two different arguments.

His aggressiveness is part of what makes him great. We want him to be aggressive. We want him to run. However, there IS a fine line between aggressive and careless. Trying to plow over a corner 1on1 to get into the end zone is aggressive. Low risk. High reward. Trying to hurdle a group of LB/DL that are all almost all the same size as Allen to gain one extra yard is careless. Really effin Cool, but careless. I never want Allen to lose his aggressiveness - but AT TIMES he needs to learn to rein it in and slide 1 yrd earlier.

Week 13, 12/01/2022, Bills v. Cheats, GAME BALLS
bobobonators replied to Freddie's Dead's topic in The Stadium Wall
Hard to give out game balls this week bc this was a big team effort. I could list a dozen players that had a good game. No one was head and shoulders great. I enjoyed this win. -

Much like Sky Moore on the Chiefs, it’s kinda hard for rookies to make an impact on a loaded roster of a Super Bowl contender. Even if we are down a WR or two… unless Davis and Diggs are out, there simply isn’t the target share to go around. Add in the fact that we’ve been trying to run more and throw less the last few weeks and it makes perfect sense he’s nowhere to be found. Diggs/Davis/McKenzie/Knox are the passing offense. -
Agreed. Every team has injuries. Last week the Chiefs went to LA and were down JuJu and Hardman, and Toney then went down after one play. Thats 3 starting WR out for the game. Watson and Kelce stepped up and they left LA with a last minute Win.

the point is, there should be no reason for fans to be a-holes. These players aren’t robots. It’s not going to be 350yds passing and 4td every week. Allen’s trajectory isn’t going to go infinitely upward. There will be ups and downs within the season and his career. Many “fans” on this site have been immature, fair-weather, and downright embarrassing in their comments of not only Allen, but the entire organization this year. Maybe all the jumping through tables has mentally impaired many of you.

I’ll get crap for this but Dane has been playing great in my opinion. This is 3 weeks in a row where the opposing WR makes a perfect, extremely difficult catch when Jackson is right there in coverage. Everything has to go right for the offense on that play and it does. Jackson has been a bit unlucky.

Defense has made some stops. But opposing teams are not punting vs us and continue to go for it on 4th down. -

I love Davis but the dude needs to catch the ball more consistently. His drops are slightly concerning. -

The Bills have been unable to effectively run screen pass plays for 30 years. -

You beat me to it. I wanted to create a thread discussing how Milano has been our defensive MVP thus far. What a stud.

NFL Week # 11 - Browns at Bills (Detroit) - Post game thread
bobobonators replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Honestly what the heck do some of you want? All week we kept hearing about having to run it more. Allen needs to stop playing hero ball. So we run it more and Allen plays safer and we score 30+ basically on the road with 2 days of practice and oh no the sky is falling again. Im trying to figure out if the drought years were more insufferable on this board than the current stretch of insufferable takes.- 509 replies

There is 0.0 percent chance the Thanksgiving schedule is adjusted. The Bills will play Cleveland in January before Turkey Day gets adjusted. -
Reading your posts is like nails on a chalkboard.
