Good friend from college his nickname was bobo. I might have been drunk when I created this username. 🥴

In the last 4 drafts we have spent THREE picks in the first 3 rounds at RB. Certain topics on this board over the years become obsessive to the point of being insufferable. We need the following statement pinned on the stadium wall: WE ARE NOT TRADING FOR A RB MID-SEASON WHEN THE TOP 3 PLAYERS WE DRAFTED AT RB ARE ALL HEALTHY. Holy smokes people. We average 4.8 YPC with the “bums” we currently have, which is 11th in the NFL. That’s impressive for a team who doesn’t run that much. What we do need to improve is our situational rushing - 4th and 1; 3rd and 1; etc. when the defense thinks we’re going to run our OL gets dominated at the LOS and there’s a defender stuffing the RB behind the LOS. We arent going to fix that by throwing another draft pick at the RB position.

People would feel the same way if they were being overlooked at work. Yeh, work harder I get it. At times though youre still overlooked, despite your work ethic/attitude. No one wants to feel that. Not being utilized for a player like him will cost him millions. I dont think people should be hating on the guy.

Ugh. Arguing over RB’s is so 1990’s. Some of you need to get with the times.

Sorry I didn’t mean trade for OL/WR. I mean offseason priorities.

I respectfully disagree. You bring Saquan here and you’re forced to take the ball away from a player who is better than Saquan, in Allen. This offense is supposed to go through Allen. The Giants offense is supposed to go through Saquan. Of course Saquan would make the Giants and 49ers of the world better - they have garbage QB’s. Its logical that giving a better player more touches is a good thing. Same with Hall and Wilson on the Jets. Wilson is trash. If it was up to the Jets, Hall would run the ball 100x a game. In short, I LOVE Saquan and CMC is a stud. My post isn’t to diminish them it’s to accent what would happen to this offense if they came to Buffalo. I WANT Allen throwing the ball 40-50x a game. Is this offense better with Allen throwing the ball less? Thats a legitimate question. We have been clamoring for a stud QB for 25yrs and we have arguably the most dynamic player in the NFL at QB and here we are discussing how we need a RB to balance things out. Lol. No we don’t. We need another WR and an improved OL for Allen to destroy the league. A league, which by the way, happens to be designed for the pass, not the run. Perfect timing finally for us! We have to go all-in on Allen on the OL and at WR. RB can be a revolving door until we land a gem in rds 3-5 eventually.

If we spend any more than a 3rd Rd draft pick to trade for a RB who will take the ball away from the most dynamic player in the NFL - Allen - I will put a hole in a wall. 2 Priorities every season, and 2 main priorities for next 10+yrs : OL to protect Allen. WR to highlight Allen. All this other talk is nonsense.

Most underrated off-season acquisition could be Daquan Jones

Based on how this team is built - via the passing game and Josh Allen an argument could be made for a strategic advantage for the next decade if we played in a dome/retractable roof I want to see people get excited for our afc championship game when it’s 5 degrees out with 40mph winds and we can’t pass. Fun times. But other teams may not revolve around the pass as much as we do. They may be able to run it down our throats. -

And 150yrs ago we were riding around on horses. Couple thousand yrs ago we were living in huts. Evolution is wonderful. Domes like the Vikings and Falcons and open air stadiums like LA are really nice. We dont need to have your old 1970s style dome. -
This is why every year in the first 3 rounds the following 2 positions need to be addressed: OL and WR. Do we have elite talent and depth in those two groups? If no, then address in first three rounds. Once that question is asked we can address other needs on the team. We need to constantly keep adding talent to the OL followed by the WR group for Allen. Protect him and give him weapons above all else. Allen is how our bread will get buttered for the next 10+ yrs.

I kinda agree. Im either in favor of blitzing or rush 3 but change up the “prevent” defense to having only 1LB (spy) on the field and dropping 7 DB’s into coverage. But not having the DB’s give such a cushion keep the defenders closer to the LOS. I think our DB’s are that good that I’m not overly concerned having a WR get behind out safeties there.
