Huff Post article on Hammers Lot

Does the article end at the beginning of the tailgate? Imo the more time that passes, the more rws will bEcome a destination -
Cleveland Browns are a disaster...
May Day 10 replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Just stuck in a cycle of poor management and decisions. Now have a stigma as well that will make FAs and Coaches, etc think twice before accepting contracts. I can feel for them. We were stuck in a similar spin-cycle. You can say that we were pulling out of it, but I disagree. Would have still had Marrone and Hackett IMO... Who knows what happens with Hughes, no McCoy, no Clay, Felton, Harvin, Incognito, etc. Darius may not even be re-signed yet. Who knows how much say the new coaches had in bringing Tyrod Taylor aboard. The Bills have gotten much better at drafting and were always a few steps ahead of the Browns for the most part... but having fresh new ownership and basically re-energizing the 'brand' is crucial in breaking the slog and at least entering the group of teams who can contend on a semi-regular basis. -
Top 5 teams in the AFC right now
May Day 10 replied to PatsFanNH's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Im a Manning fan. IMO the best QB of my "era" that spans back to about '85 With that said, I don't think he lasts the season. It isn't sustainable with that line and that running game. He is taking serious shots right now that Brady, Rogers, etc don't seem to be subjected to... and shots he hasn't really have had on the regular through his career. -
If I were in charge, Papelbon and Williams would both be off the payroll the next day.

Top 5 teams in the AFC right now

I really feel like Buffalo looks like #2 in the AFC. I think Manning gets carted off with that offense with their line and nonexistent running game vs our D-line and (hopefully) creative blitzing. Cincinnati would be the only other contender I would think. We'll see what happens when they visit. ...and I normally hold a relatively pessimist view on things. -
How did NE figure out our offense so quick?
May Day 10 replied to PortlandiaEast's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
How come each time they are caught cheating, they suddenly get "mad" and turn into an unbeatable record breaking juggernaut who runs up the score? I think bb is a great coach, and I think it takes a lot of talent for brady to dependably deliver the footballs to the receiver the plays call for... but this team isn't that good. -
My biggest takeaway was Romans offense taking shape. Game looked similar to when the 49ers smoked us a few years back. The bills had an answer for any strengths on Miamis d

in a perfect world, Id like to see a low-frills type of facility like Cleveland/Pittsburgh but designed more like Seattle with a lot of focus on fan experience/involvement in the way of sightlines, maximizing noise, some level of uniqueness/shape to distinguish its the Bills' stadium, etc... Then build a brick and mortar amphitheater somewhere in the inner/outer harbor. Between the stadium, amphitheater, and arena... we have a great venue for a lot of events... plus the ballpark.

I just hope they can take the experience/enthusiasm from RWS and make sure its transplanted and maybe enhanced at the new stadium. Not even necessarily tailgating. I think by then Ill be ready to take it back a few notches and try different, more tame experiences pre game. Ill be maybe on the North side of 45.

Patrick Kane--sexual assault allegations--

We'll see. My guess is this isnt the greatest criminal empire. A few cracks and if any of them lead anywhere near Kane... look out -
Patrick Kane--sexual assault allegations--

The bag that was sealed and protected that once contained the rape kit (evidence) was found at the victim's mom's doorstep. The attorney said he had never in 30 years seen one outside of a DA office or courtroom and wants an independent investigation. -

Im with you. Un-real. Never heard of anything like this. Awful, just awful. -
Patellar sucked (thats what I had)... but from my research that was the best option for an athlete (or just someone like me who still tries to pretend).

I actually don't mind the horn... but I would like to see it used less. When the defense takes the field and 3rd downs is fine

Pats Fan Nervous to come to the Ralph
May Day 10 replied to JP's Voice's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
from my vantage point, the crowd was very well behaved. Sure there were probably some secluded pockets where a few Pats fans had a bad time, but overall it seemed very amicable. It helped that the game kind of sucked. -
Crowd noise this Sunday? Guinness in the House!
May Day 10 replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I dont know. I downloaded one and its kind of loud. If 10,000 people did it... it may cause an extra din... along with everyone's voice. Then if Brady complains we can advise him to brush up on the rulebook -

Crowd noise this Sunday? Guinness in the House!
May Day 10 replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Ill certainly give it all, but I dont think we come that close. Looking at the Chiefs' stadium last night... Its tight and basically enclosed 2-deck that forms a band around the field. RWS has too many voids where sound waves will escape. Also factor in there will be a few thousand New England fans. -
Pats Fan Nervous to come to the Ralph

this is 100% correct.. But wearing an opposing jersey to an NFL game can take the choice/options away. Hell, I went to the Flyers/Sabres road games in Philly and handled it as good as I can possibly handle it and was still almost attacked by a family "just because". I refused to take my hands out of my pockets and they didnt hit me. Too many lunatics and randomness at an NFL game. -

the new benches from the rennovation are much higher quality and have little give... much less noise and your hand gets shattered -

Pats Fan Nervous to come to the Ralph

they should be nervous. I have friends going and Im going to recommend they leave their Pats jerseys behind. Its not worth it. Even if 98% of people are normal and respectful, you are going to have a certain % frothing at the mouth and unreasonable. I have no desire to attend a Bills away game in a place like in the Northeast or San Fran, etc... Maybe like Jacksonville or Miami it would be possible... but nothing good would come out of marching into Lincoln Financial Field with a Moats Bills jersey -
