  1. I bet the nfl regrets letting them off the hook on spygate.
  2. You gotta think lawyers, etc are mulling things over for awhile.
  3. I'm actually pleasantly surprised at the number of people commenting based in reality.
  4. What is it? 44 straight meaningful wins vs the afc?
  5. To me it sounds like kraft and the patriots figured that goodell and the nfl were the kind of operation that would never expose dirt on itself. The kind of operation that hides a woman beating video. They called the nfls bluff and the nfl, very surprising to me got the dirt and made it public
  6. Definitely the "fat guy" from herman's head
  7. Good god people are still arguing this? They got caught. This offense along with their actions after the fact are worthy of discipline. Its nearly unanimous. People can give their Google machines a rest
  8. I agree. It would be sweet to humble brady but a division win is a division Win. How many Sub par bills quarterbacks have they beaten?
  9. no no. this is their agenda. they wanted this
  10. has Mark brunell flipped out yet?
  11. I would jump through my roof in elation
  12. i dont think he plays one game in another uniform. His network of cheating would be gone and he would be exposed as the 6th round QB
  13. my job runs a background check and credit report yearly on me. Also monitors my emails. Im cool with it. Of course, I have nothing to hide
  14. too busy to meet the president too busy to read a document that claims to incriminate him, his team, and tarnish his legacy Not too busy to go wine and dine at a horse race all day Saturday
  15. I would think they would want to drop it down today and allow the weekend to simmer things down a bit. Early in the week just gives a ton of over the top fuel and drama to talking heads and water coolers
  16. Yeah. I was surprised the NFL didn't intentionally entrap a top team and top player and taint its multi-billion dollar event on the heels of a nightmare PR season sooner.
  17. i dont get why the NFL would want to bring Brady and the Pats down. In fact I would think it is the last thing they wanted. If nothing else, the Oilers winning the lottery and this investigation has restored my waning faith in these sports leagues.
  18. reminds me a little of this... but the Indians came clean right away. http://www.nytimes.com/1999/04/11/sports/yankee-ends-real-corker-of-a-mystery.html
  19. I don't think he did win. He squandered any favorable public opinion he had. People rabidly defended him at the start, still continued to defended him when things werent looking good... then at the point he was trying to entrap McNemee or whatever his name was on the phone, even the most avid Yankees/Clemens fan was done with the guy. Fight and deny is a bad combo. Get caught, come clean, ask for forgiveness works better. look at Pettite and Giambi and the way they were able to get past the roids.
  20. this reminds me of the Roger Clemens thing. Everyone knew he was full of it and kept fighting and fighting and kept tarnishing his career. Brady and the Pats have handled this poorly from day 1 and continue to.
  21. Lol. Sounds like he is perfect for the job
