What a horrible memory .....

I am talking about through the end of preseason.

I am watching “A Football Life - Lawrence Taylor” and tt makes me think that a once in a generation player changed the course of Bills history. The Giants likely would have lost to the 49’rs in the NFC game had it not been for LT. Who knows what would have happened had the bills faced the Niners instead of the Giants. What is most impressive about LT is that he may well be the most dominant player to ever play football. He was without doubt a game changing player.

The next round of activity is likely to be a wait and see who gets cut from other teams situation. Beane does not seem eager to spend every dime available and I would have to guess he is leaving some money available to take actions later. I really can’t wait for the draft because if it is solid camp will be really interesting.

You are making the situation seem larger than it is. I have no doubt the Bills staff has been through scenarios looking at this. It is probably also safe to assume that while not absolutely a one for one there will be a cut at every position the signed a FA for. As for the draft you probably have to assume rounds one. Through three make the roster and anyone after that its truly a best man wins the roster spot or the rookie may go to the PS.

I highly doubt this will occur - looking at OL or DL player who can immediately contribute. WR’s take a couple of years to hit their stride, usually.

Love this .. especially if he can get involved in the passing game. You can’t coach speed (well i know this is not absolutely true but it sounds good).

Amen my man ... this has been an awesome 48 hours because now the Bills can do whatever they want to do with 10 draft picks. They should be able to grab truly the BPA at #( and address needs or depth through the rest of the draft.

Duke Williams is hardly the athletic specimen Metcalf is.

The Bills should have a very solid back end to the D. If they find a pass rusher in the draft they could be a very scary defense.

I disagree. The Bills look wise. There is a fat contract, Picks and a head case player involved. Good for the Bills in putting themselves in the mix. Even better that they walked.
