The Knox hate here is ridiculous. Guy is a solid blocking TE and has made some spectacular catches over the years. Sure he drops the odd pass, but I think fans overrate the tight end position in terms of offense added. Not every team has a Kelce. This is a significant loss for the O. Hopefully Kincaid can build on yesterday's performance.

Here is how I would fix the offense (Listen up Dorsey)
QB Bills replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall
Your "fire the coordinator" crusade has a new target it seems. How many of them have to get let go before people like you see that the problem is McDermott? Or are we still going to blame Leslie Frazier this year too? Poor Clappy can't get the players to unlearn all the poor habits Frazier instilled in them so quickly! -
This is the only correct response to these kinds of posts. It might be true, but nothing you see on tv can prove it one way or the other.

Fire Leslie Frazier!

Have Andy Reid call plays for one season for Allen and watch every QB record fall. The chasm in coaching between Allen and Mahomes cannot be overstated. The Chiefs have no name receivers running wide open 5 yards from the LOS every game. It's the most QB friendly system I've ever seen.

If the Bills Don’t Make it to the AFCCG, Should McDermott Be Fired?
QB Bills replied to Gugny's topic in The Stadium Wall
He should have been fired after the first KC playoff game after exposing the yellow streak down his back. He shouldn't have even been in a position to steal our first super bowl 12 months later by crapping all over himself in those 13 seconds. He's a glorified DB coach who lucked into a genetic freak at QB and the sooner the Bills move on from him the better.- 368 replies

Suggestions on how to address the Bills sudden offensive struggles?
QB Bills replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall
I hate that I'm saying this, but they need to run the ball more. Specifically with Murray. The Giants were giving them chunks on the ground but the Bills kept passing. Also, the Bills missed a couple of field goals wide right. Something oddly familiar about this game. (Shivers) -
What the hell are you people talking about? Eisen is great. Always shows respect to the Bills even as a Jets fan. Might not be the best play by play guy but that's not his specialty. I swear, some of you won't rest until every media member kisses every Bills player's ass. The tv product wouldn't be that great with a land of sal cappacios, believe me.

His underthrow to Diggs on that deep shot was a guaranteed TD and cost them 7 points as they ended up punting on that drive. The key play in the game and it essentially cost them the win. Allen was not good today until it was too late.

Not sure this is correct. Perspective changes when you root for a good team. I'm sure there were some Patriots fans during their extended heyday who thought the league wasn't as good as it used to be when they sucked. The team we watch has set a higher standard that other teams are not able to reach so it seems like they suck. In reality it's the Bills who are just that good right now.

Let's stick with our crap receivers instead and blow a shot at a super bowl. He's a talented player at a position of need. They should definitely look into this.
-
And thanks to Andy Reid, the receiver would have been open with nobody around him for ten yards.
-
Talk about Josh's Jaqs!
-
He does make some throws sometimes that just leave you speechless. The one to Diggs at the end of the Lions game last year and the TD pass to Kumerow in Denver a couple of years ago are two that immediately spring to mind. Incredible power mixed with a perectly finessed release. Guy is a rare talent.
-
That TD pass to Shakir was incredible. Not sure I've seen anyone get that kind of zip on the ball with the kind of quick throwing motion and angle he threw it with.

Cook sucks. Not a popular opinion among the masses here but it'll become more apparent as the season wears on.

Consolation prize - the Jets are screwed
QB Bills replied to dickleyjones's topic in The Stadium Wall
Oh I'm anything but. Been watching this team for too long to still be a kind person. -
Consolation prize - the Jets are screwed
QB Bills replied to dickleyjones's topic in The Stadium Wall
As much as Monday sucked for a Bills fan, it was way worse for the Jets. Seeing your super bowl hopes disappear 5 minutes into the season was sad. For them of course. But eff them. I thought it was hilarious. -
Interesting ESPN article (re Allen): death of the deep ball
QB Bills replied to TPS's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is exactly the mental shift that Allen needs to undergo. Fortunately and unfortunately, with his arm talent, he can make any throw regardless of defense and for the most part he's right. But if he's off, as he was Monday night, that's what you get. -
Terrible decision by him. He couldn't wait to kick that FG. Had his arms above his head just as Harris got tackled. Embarrassing.

New year, same issues with play calling and use of personnel
QB Bills replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is such a lazy opinion. There were guys wide open short of the sticks on almost every play. Allen chose not to take the easy yards. This loss is 100% on him. That 2nd and 15 play aside, the playcalling was not the issue. Dorsey isn't Andy Reid or Mike McDaniel, but he's a pretty good play designer. Facts do your opinion no good, but the Dorsey led offense has not taken a step back statistically. And this is with a weaker o-line and receiver group. -
I know it's early, but I'm pretty confident in this being the post of the year. Not sure if this was a joke, but thanks for the laugh 🤣
