I didn’t see this but will take your word for it. I am sure Bill did not like the fact the Bills kept putting up points after the game was out of hand, but there was a purpose for that. McDermott was sending a message that the Bills are by far better and that he isn’t scared of Belichick trying to get retribution next year. McDermott knows as long as Jones is on the Pats sideline and Allen is on his sideline, the Pats lose 9 out of 10 times.

We need to start "Adopt a Pats* fan" movement

It is to soon to help them, they are still in the pre-contemplation stage of change. They really aren’t even aware their team isn’t very good anymore and thus aren’t ready to discuss possible approaches for change. -
Couldn’t agree more. As Bills fans we are experts on mediocre QB play. Pats fans are still adjusting to it. They hold onto the few good throws Jones makes and think he will get to a place where those will be the throws he always makes. We lived in denial for 20 years. I hope the Pats get that same experience, they are off to a good start with Cam and now Jones.

You will have the next year or two at least to defend Jones. I look forward to our conversations.

This is why I like Portnoy, he calls it like he sees it and isn’t afraid to say the truth, even about his own team.

Maybe I am spoiled watching Josh throw the ball so much better.

And they won’t be because they don’t have a QB. Belichick in his heart knows Jones is limited with what he can do physically.

What's Your Nickname for this Game?

The end of the Dynasty. The Boogey man is dead. -
I just wished it had landed on Bournes helmet and stuck like a Unicorn horn.

Josh is head and shoulders above Jones, I won’t argue that. If Jones had played better the Pats could have hung around for a little while instead of getting runoff the field by halftime.
-
If he throws that ball with less air it doesn’t get picked off. Go back and watch how Josh Allen throws the ball, you will understand better.

True. Thanks for your post, I like hearing from Wyoming fans. My point to that Pats fan was this: how can someone be a great coach if they can’t develop or coach someone up? McDaniels has been an OC for 18 years with NE. I find it hard to believe that McDaniels and Belichick wouldn’t want Josh. Sounds more like someone who is a blind loyalist.
-
He is right. The Pats are done. Belichick can’t overcome an average QB. I am being generous calling him average.
-
Pal, you have no clue what you are talking about. Josh his rookie year could have won as many games with the Pats roster this year. To say Belichick and McDaniels couldn’t develop Josh is just dumb.
-
100% you mean having a QB who can make every throw?
-
What? He said that. Seriously.
-
@PatsFanNH you want to stick with your statement that you don’t want Josh Allen as your QB?
-
And oline.

Agree. They aren’t In the same class as the Bills. It was so fun watching them not have a shot.

1/15/22 WC PLAYOFFS Bills vs Pats* Postgame Thread

Love it! This showed what we knew. The Pats aren’t in the same class as the Bills. Jones isn’t Tom Brady. Go Bills!! -
Not even close. To much air under it. Jones’ noodle arm was on full display tonight. You have no shot with that guy. Enjoy! He had a handful of throws that any starting QB should make, but he had more throws that someone with a weak arm makes.

First, it would take a boat load of picks to pry Watson away from Houston. Then you would need to activate him and see what his suspension actually is. Someone can correct me, but i think the NFL has been in a holding pattern waiting to see what the legal outcome is with the allegations. This is all predicated on the fact that the GM in Houston worked with Belichick. Not sure how far that goes to getting a deal done. As for Tua, this has the feel of the Drew Brees in San Diego, except not sure Miami will ever be bad enough with Tua to draft their “Philip Rivers”.

Patriots LT Isaiah Wynn is OUT vs Bills
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Allen2D̶i̶g̶g̶s̶TBD's topic in The Stadium Wall
That was typically because they had Brady there to compensate. Not sure Jones is ready or able to do that. Guess we will see. With it being the playoffs, I really hope our guys are locked in and ready to go.
