  1. He lost the team. Not much else you can do from there.
  2. Refs swallowed the whistles and I’m wondering if Brown was getting blown up in press coverage.
  3. They better sign him for 40 in the off-season because the price could be 50 the next year.
  4. watt, Watson, tunsel, three max contracts already.
  5. Davis (4) and Bease (7) a combined 11/11 on targets. Amazing! Brown 0/4🙁
  6. Correct. I’m getting sick of hearing about how his egregious fumble at the end should have cost us the W. If he does not take chances the whole game and dominate though taking chances by virtue of his greatness we are getting blown out by 20.
  7. Well then, it was a game clinching defensive stop to keep the clock running there and the announcers never said a word about it. I can’t even find a loop on the play.
  8. Higher completion percentage than Brady’s career high. That’s the one I like the most.
  9. Great for Bease. He deserves it and it takes the sting out of not getting the 1000.
  10. Mahomes was pretty average or even bad through 3 quarters of the Super Bowl last year but won the game with a few somewhat broken play downfield chucks in the fourth. Allen is about the only other QB that can make those same deep throws on broken plays and the Bills O has been copied from Chiefs so mostly smaller receivers break wide open late.
  11. I knew we had a coach when he won at the defending NFC champion Falcons early in the year with a bunch of journeyman. That was a massive talent gap that was made up for.
  12. My view is that Josh would have made many OCs look good given the same opportunity that Daboll had.
  13. that’s the silver lining. It’s critical to rack up that first playoff W and on paper it’s easier to do that against Indy rather than possibly Tennessee or ravens which could have happened under the old system.
  14. I saw this as a sick throw before you pointed out to me that Josh also audibled to place Isaiah in perfect position to stonewall the blitz to set everything up. The pass was a dart that somehow nosedived into JBs hands right before the end line. We are witnessing a level of performance in Buffalo not seen since the days of Hasek.
  15. Chan is the master of making chicken salad out of chicken *. It’s a shame that no has taken notice and given him a chance with an elite QB. Look at what Nate Hackett has done in Green Bay.
  16. Still wish they coached Tasker up to play safety, at least in a reserve role. Hard time convincing me he wouldn’t have been good. He was underrated as a receiver. Then he’d be in the Hall as a three position player.
  17. I’m fine with anyone in our division having a ceiling top 12 QB given that our QB has a ceiling of 1.
  18. In view of their undeniable success it’s amazing Mac and Beane driving the ship could result in Nate Peterman starting. Twice. It goes to show that even if you make a colossal mistake, you are not necessarily a total idiot.
  19. For all his problems he may have the most talent of any QB his age who is out of football. May be a reaction to what we saw out there from Barkley’s arm on Sunday.
  20. Add his USFL stats to his NFL stats and he’s arguably in the HOF
  21. He made a dramatic improvement in his short passing game between year 1 and 2, and his arm strength is acknowledged elite so it was just a matter of time. One thing that struck me when he entered the league as a rookie was his ability to sense and escape pressure. It was also a matter of time before he realized it would be easier to pass than run when he escaped the pocket. Yes this is his Fifth season of D1+ football
  22. Kenny Stills is 28 and has career stats similar to Brown and Beasley before their career years playing with Josh. Both Brown and Beasley are over 30, a time when nagging injuries tend to kick in. Smart move by Beane.
  23. Could have been fired on the spot for game Managment v Bills. Did awesome his first few years at SD then it wore off. The Wade Phillips cycle. Good then great then decline.
