  1. Peppers isn't going anywhere. The Panthers are in no hurry to trade him since he's worth more to them than 2010 draft picks and they have the cap room to keep him. So they'll bide their time waiting for their asking price.
  2. I see PS for sure. Don't see him making the roster (except for injury) with Walker, Butler, Hangartner, Wood, Levitre, D. Bell, Chambers, and McKinney ahead of him.
  3. Looking back, if the Bills had gotten the Eagles' 3rd rounder instead of their 4th rounder, I would have been fine with them taking Nelson with it. And it's possible the Bills might have taken him there anyway.
  4. With Jauron saying that "Keith did a terrific job filling in all year at that spot," it says to me that they're not looking for him to start again this year. Otherwise he would have said "Keith proved he could be a great player" or something close.
  5. Looks like the Pats are going back to the college-wrestler-no-college-football well, like they did with Neal. It's a real longshot as it is. Neal played HS football, but there was no mention if Porter did.
  6. They would have probably just taken Wood.
  7. I'd rather they were still interesting in John Henderson. I think the offense has been addressed in spades this off-season and while getting a guy like Waters on offense would be nice, getting Henderson for the DL would be use of resources, as it is probably either Waters or Henderson. Now if they could get both...
  8. He was their go-to TE in 2007 and produced pedestrian numbers. And the Pats have added TE upon TE over the past decade and no one has stood out. This will likely be no exception.
  9. Along with Lynch: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TsFHOee7LdI...feature=related
  10. BFD. He's never had more than 41 catches, 385 yards, and 3 TD's in any of his 4 seasons. Those are Robert Royal worthy numbers.
  11. The Steelers were going to take Wood at #32, but the Bills beat them to it.
  12. Maybin had a good game against USC. The problem was that USC went with mostly 3-step drops (and it's hard to generate a pass rush against it) and their secondary was brutal. Did Orakpo dominate against Ohio State? What about Ayers' 3 sacks for the season?
  13. "You Don't Mess With The Zohan" was garbage. I couldn't make it through more than the first half hour before I shut it off. Another POS was "Coraline." I took the boys, including my 6-year old (big mistake!), and he started crying midway through because it was scary. I was crying at how bad it was. We left before it was halfway over.
  14. You could die tomorrow. You better sell your Beemer now.
  15. Hangartner will be a fine center for the Bills. And I'd much rather trust a veteran there than a rookie.
  16. The offense looks to have great potential! The key will be Trent. On defense, I would have liked a better OLB prospect (although if they can add Leroy Hill...) and a DT.
  17. I would have liked a DT. Unless they have other plans. And maybe a better OLB prospect.
  18. The Bills are fine at OT, Mel.
  19. Going from center to guard, tackle to guard, and CB to FS isn't exactly difficult. Now moving from safety to OLB is a risky move.
  20. Dang, those are a lot of changes for the O-line, with players who are either new to the team and/or rookies and/or playing a different position from last year. I think it will be good in time, but probably not right off the bat. And I still think that Bell should be given every chance to win the LT spot, with Walker the fallback.
  21. Wait, he reportedly turned teams down...and picked the Bengals? Or did they not listen and pick him anyway? It would explain the drop. And stupid as hell if true.
  22. BTW, I edited his weight.
  23. http://www.fightingillini.com/sports/m-foo...st_david00.html David Lindquist. A 293# DT.
