  1. Past hour
  2. I do expect a bit of a dropoff, but I like this rookie class and we are set up for an even better draft next year. Our day is coming.
  3. I believe all drones are now required to be equipped with individual ID modules ( i own a DJI mini , below 250 gms and new laws require id transmission which is public info and its possible to walk right up to a drone user by using a well publicized app; hence drone owners are fearful of attacks from those not aware the air space is regulated by the FAA only. It’s relatively New legislation that was just recently activated after taking a couple years to pass ) , so the days of drones flying incognito are gone. The poster with his commercial license can prob verify this. Certainly , guys are trying things to get around this law., but anyone using drones to make income , even just posting on a YouTube channel , must be licensed and follow the required ID transmission or face large fines if caught and YouTube has lots of examples of drone users being heavily fined for noncompliance. It’s similar to medical board disciplinary action, ignorance is not an excuse. It has always been against the law to fly over stadiums in use, crowds, traffic etc. The less than 250 gm drones are fitted with 4k resolution cameras, and I’m not sure , but have not seen drones that small and low price range with great telephoto lenses , which would be the only way to film all 22 type film , as the operator would have to be no where close to being over a crowd like game or practice time. Plus if you modify those drones at all , they almost always then weigh more than 250 gm , and for example, if it goes down and local police confiscate and weigh it , it doesn’t matter that it originally was under 250 gms as they go by current weight and if the operator isn’t fully licensed, drone registered properly with the FAA, and now have the new ID transmission, the operator is in serious trouble. It has become really hard to just fly an unregistered drone as a simple hobby with all the regulation and all the KARENS out there causing everyone of spying on them and invading their privacy. It just seems weird or hard to believe this is some really prevalent issue for the NFL. The NFL must be experiencing some other issue , or facing enough large commercial drone operator numbers who would have the sophisticated cameras to capture all 22 type data from far away or just breaking existing laws to film, to be lobbying (buying senators) for additional regulation. Apparently billions of revenue just isn’t enough , and they will chase any $! With belicheck out of the league , it’s hard to fathom teams would be that desperate to be using drones illegally in large quantities just to gain an edge. This league and its owners are progressively getting more paranoid! With all the public paranoia, i rarely fly my DJI mini any longer; just not worth the hassle and if not being compliant with all the laws, you can now face fines of several thousand dollars. Local laws can already control where it is legal TO LAUNCH FROM, thus over stepping FAA air space control, so this just seems like classic NFL overreaction.
  4. Who owns that company? The plant in Genesee is a vaccume company that's actually owned by atlat copco. And they are owned by AB.
  5. Yea he was a kind of 1 year sticking plaster there for Carolina. Who until drafting Ekwonu (who also isn't the answer btw) had this crazy record of something like 8 different starting left tackles in 8 seasons. The 2015 offensive line was an anomoly for the Panthers. Mainly on the back of the two guards - Norwell and Turner - who they drafted the year before both having career years either side of Ryan Kalil. The tackles were Oher and Remmers (neither of whom were great and who both got smoked endlessly in the Superbowl) who just managed to hold up enough.
  6. Good news. That test is total bulls#!t
  7. Humble brag. Lol. They stopped giving the Wonderlic at the combine after 2021. I'm not sure if teams can give it to a prospect on a pre draft visit though.
  8. I just took a Wonderlic test with no prep and beaucoup mitigating factors and still scored a 41. It's a bogus, ethnocentric standardized test. If you score well you're probably smart, but if you don't score well, that does NOT mean you're not smart. It's more about cultural fluency. It's actually REALLY flawed and problematic, and not at all relevant to football.
  9. Today
  10. I didn't realize that Michael Oher ever played LT. I thought he only played RT which is a sign of what a disappointment his pro career was given the hype.
  11. He probably couldn't spell it.
  12. This refers to Darryl Talley? I've been watching Bills last 8 years only so want to make sure who do you mean.
  13. Bateman just got a two year extension, that goes into effect after his upcoming 4th season with Baltimore (instead of a pricey, fully guaranteed 5th year option...seems smart AF even if the player hasn't fully stepped up yet). Williams in DET and Dotson in WAS both seem like guys who will be counted on this season to take another step forward. They are VERY likely to leave this list as long as they stay healthy. Difficult to tell for certain what you're driving at here, but I'd argue that Coleman easily comes off as a LOT savvier than most 20 year-old WR prospects. There are a number of icky biases inherent in your assumption about Keon Coleman's aptitude. The Wonderlic is being phased out already and with good reason.
  14. Dang at 56 he chose quite a number to live up to.
  15. There are two questions here: 1) Is Beane willing to invest in the WR position? and 2) Did the Diggs trade work out? As for 1, he invested in the WR position. That includes the 1st round pick for Diggs. Diggs' original draft position is irrelevant to how much Beane invested in him. As for 2, I personally believe the Diggs trade did not work out. You look at what we used on him, including the first round pick and the salary cap space. Then you look at what we got back. In his four years here, Diggs was 4/4 in playing well for the regular season. But was 0/4 in playing well for the postseason. If your goal is to win the Super Bowl, you can't have major resources tided up in a guy like that.
  16. Isn't Ben Shapiro the guy that wants to solve sea level rising by suggesting the owners of coastal homes simply sell them?
  17. I knew nothing other than cursory information regarding Stonewall Jackson and Lee. Then I read the Shaara Trilogy, Gods and Generals, The Killer Angels and The Last Full Measure. With the understanding that the USA at that time was a local/regional country far more than it was today, context is important. While I wish the Confederate Generals would have sided with the North, the situation at the time cannot be judged by us, like the practice of "bleeding" that was done in medicine. Times change. Judgements made must be sensitive to the times. Now being aware of the "Union's" leadership, post Lincoln, which was U,S. Grant and Andrew Johnson, and considering a decision of who was more honorable, I know I'd go with Jackson and Lee. Either way, the senseless renaming of schools and removing of statues has proven to do no good.
  18. The taller the sprinter the more upright they will tend to appear. ... I think he has Jerry Rice speed. "first two steps. Not so much" ...... But when he gets past those first few, he's the fastest on the field. His ability to control his coordination at the highest speeds is his gift. ....... I would like to see, not his 40 time but 10yrds to 40. That's where it all goes on and the big boys run up your back and take advantage of their length. ..
  19. That’s great that Bills has the number of the year the Bills started in the AFL.
  20. How are they forcing pregnant people to enter the data base? Because that’s what this ***t account is implying. It’s a program to help pregnant women - women you claim 24/7 we don’t care about ……. as you trash this female Senator as creepy.
  21. 15 - Jim Kelly Wonderlic score
  22. Is yours? Our D has been awful in the playoffs even when relatively healthy. We gave up what, 42 and 38 in the other 2 playoff games vs KC?
