This is not an opinion or a criticism of anyone's views, but it is an observation, and I have some experience in matters military. For China to assist Russia in Europe in any direct military component, they would have to deploy. They have never demonstrated that ability and as I am aware, are not capable yet. I can't see them deploying fighters or ground troops to Europe, and they can't project air power over any distance yet. They have a carrier capability, but they are conventional powered and depend on refueling at sea every week or so. That is a huge vulnerability, and they have never demonstrated any ability to conduct effective carrier operation. So.....Net, I don't see the ability or desire to isolate themselves further from international trade by assisting a Russian aggression against NATO.

did you mean to say “KC” instead of “Tampa”? lol

Tua gets the bag - $53M a year

Yeah, was coming here to espouse the same sentiment. Roll Cam's NFL tape, Tua, and then compare your "accomplishments" to his. This is someone whose criticism actually holds some merit. If the league hadn't let defenders beat the living crap out of Cam he'd probably still be playing at a higher level than Tua. -

I wonder if he would be playing if this was a big game ... or if this injury is actually several-weeks-long bad. -

plz stop giving me great ideas -
that's what I'm saying i am not going to simultaneously believe these two things- 1: a coaching staff could draft Peterman, watch him play, and plan on Allen sitting his rookie yr behind him 2: these same people are responsible for developing Allen my contention then as now is the circumstances here were about as ill suited for QB development as could possibly be, and Allen succeeded in spite of them

Easy to say that now but what if Harbor busts and the next WR goes on to have success or even a different position of need. There were tons of people on this board before the draft that refused to even consider Cooper DeJean and only after his rookie season did people start saying how could we have passed on him. It’s already bad enough that McConkey is what he is and listening to the comparisons of him and Coleman. Mostly by me haha. Could you have pictured if we took Legette like so many wanted on this board, even compared to Coleman let alone McConkey. This board would have killed Beane. Im gonna be honest a lot of people use Metcalf as an example of why you can’t pass up metrics profile but Metcalf went end of round 2, he’s a one route straight line player who doesn’t run a route tree. Yes he had some good seasons but it was with Russ Wilson in his prime and what does Russ do really well. Breaks contain and had the best deep ball in the league. It was a perfect match for what a QB/WR did best for his career. Is he a good player , yes I’m not going to deny that but he isn’t the elite 30 mill + WR the Steelers are paying him to be

i remember going over the game logs of our team when we had chan gailey as HC. at one point, maybe mid season or something, we had lost more games by 4 scores than we had won, by any score. i think we (i know i do) sometimes over focus on our own team and what we do not great and miss the fact that some of these franchises are absolute diarrhea. if we lose this i will cry. -
Ya love to see it.

You know, NFL player salaries should be secret. Don't show off the stupidity around the kids...

Really not liking Oliver missing another game. Need him back for NE. Do not want to continue tempting fate.

Hardly. He was paid 59 million over 6 years. 24 million guaranteed. Less than 10 mil a season -
I think at 32 you can gamble a bit when there's that kind of ceiling? I remember those arguments with DK Metcalf.

Was ist mit dem Kabel los? Übrigens, mein barbarischer Freund ... es ist "das Kabel" 🤔

Reminds me of Fitzpatrick. Dude got paid handsomely despite being mediocre.
