  1. Past hour
  2. When I was growing up we had a good friend of my family who was a good guy and liked sports etc but wasn't the most knowledgeable fan and liked to talk out of his a$$ sometimes. Once proclaimed Maxim Afinogenov was the next Wayne Gretzky sometime in the early 2000s(true story) Thanks OP for bringing back that memory today
  3. I really think the Bills go right back to running the ball. Yes, the Texans have a good DLine, but the Bills have a good OLine. It's strength on strength. The Texans are aggressive and a good way to neutralize an aggressive front is to run right at them. A defense like this is used to doing the smacking around, but we have an offense that is built to smack right back. It's not necessarily ball control either because an over aggressive D can give up big plays. I think the Bills run at them then take a few shots too. But that may not even be necessary if Cook goes off.
  4. Good try by the most corrupt and inept administration in the history of the world though. I feel like a solid C+ for effort.
  5. Also if you are looking for a comp for the Tuch contract, Kempe is about as close as it gets in terms of age and production.
  6. Speed kills Hardman has it With our other WRs and their speed, hypothetically, a critical mass is reached and the opponent then has to adjust their strategy in order to not leave a wide open WR out there Boxes get lighter in response, and against Buf that means the rushing attack adds Josh to it's home run threat, which creates another problem for the opponent to compensate for Hardman being on the field opens more elements of the offense up vs the guy he's replacing IMO NOBODY in the league is afraid of what Keon will do to them and it's apparent when you see what defenses throw at us when he's on the field. He brings almost nothing to the table, he's not learning HOW to bring anything, and he's at the point where if he was going to evolve into someone serviceable, it would be showing
  7. if you want to dive deep into it it’s way more sinister than that… https://drhyman.com/blogs/content/podcast-ep507
  8. After this Texans mini-bye, I’d like to see them try to work Taron at safety and Cam in at NB. I doubt they’ll do it but they need to keep tinkering to try to raise the floor of some of the defensive weak spots.
  9. Something Ive been thinking about, not exactly this but in the same vein... Coleman looked decent in the beginning of this year... And then we brought Po back in. Suddenly, the guy who ended his season with a "cheap" shot last year was in the locker room. And not only in the locker room, but revered and buddy-buddy with all the team leaders. Everyone would've been happy to have him back and joking with him, etc etc. I wonder if Keon had his feelings hurt on that, and it lead to further disconnecting/moping. Or he's just a goofball who cant show up on time. 🤷‍♂️
  10. The other point I'm trying to make is that even assuming that glyphosate is toxic, that toxicity is limited to those applying it, those inhaling it downwind, etc. There is no study showing that plants grown in soil previously treated with glyphosate show such toxicity. Did the American farmer jump into glyphosate overuse without sufficient study or oversight? Absolutely. And the marketing by Monsanto was aggressive and treated it as basically risk-free - I think they invented the term "conservation tillage" which means "kill the weeds with Roundup instead of deep tilling the soil before planting." I lived in the upper Midwest back in the day and those commercials aimed at farmers were a daily thing.
  11. He was probably used to how Mahomes’ throws die at the end. 😜
  12. That’s kind of what coaching is. Hey, base d here. FC anything either in front of you or just behind you (the latter I believe was the case here).
  13. Gabe played 41% of the offensive snaps (23 plays) Palmer played 50% (28) Mecole played 7% (4 snaps) Samuel play 50% (28 snaps) Shakir and Shavers 54% (30 snaps each). I'd say that's a very reasonable amount of snaps for Davis' season debut.
  14. I hear that but he hasn't taken 1 to the house in 7 years I wouldn't say that's occasionally.. I would say it's happened before and not in almost 7 years
  15. Kelly, that’s a high bar as Stallworth was amazing. That was my early years as a fan in the late 70’s. I truly hope we found a gem..
  16. There's been a lot of Keon bashing here. I have an alternate theory: Gabe Davis texted Keon on Friday morning, and typed: "Hey Keon, meeting's been changed today; pushed back 2 hours" "And that's how you get a roster bump!"
  17. I don’t know why the Samuel sideline catch was initially overruled by the ref behind the play who couldn’t see the ball well. Glad it got corrected.
  18. It was right in front of me. Good throw. He should have had it. I felt like he slowed down just a tic before the ball arrived. Hines. Harty, with a huge one.
  19. Maybe, but by the rules it was correct. And they held anyway which would have given the Bills a 1st down as well.
  20. At the stadium, we saw the deep pass play to Mecole as a drop. Was that truly not the case?
  21. He also occasionally makes house calls, which is more than we can say for just about every returner we’ve had since Terence McGee.
  22. FYI Mecole only had 4 offensive snaps before his "injury."
  23. Landed on top of him and made no effort to shift his weight. That was an easy call. In the heat of the action the defensive player may not have realized Josh got rid of the ball, but still, no reason to drive through the QB like that. In general, I thought the calls and no-calls evened out pretty well, and the refs didn’t make themselves the center of the game. That’s pretty much all you can ask.
  24. Kelly said during her Sirius XM show last week that Epstein “liked 15-year-old girls” before trying to make a completely unnecessary point. “I realize this is disgusting. I’m definitely not trying to make an excuse for this. I’m just giving you facts, that he wasn’t into, like, 8-year-olds,” the controversial conservative host said. “He liked the very young teen types that could pass for even younger than they were, but would look legal to a passerby,” Kelly said.
