  1. Past hour
  2. I remember writing on this forum that I had the Ravens winning game 1 vs. us. That was a jinx, brahs. You're welcome.
  3. Where you at???
  4. We were vaguely aware that Hamilton was injured at one point. Didn't know any details.
  5. Oh yea he’s definitely getting closer though…I almost think they just don’t go through enough adversity and they panic when their opponent is actually able to bottle up the run and get them off schedule which most of the playoff teams can.. I think he’s got the physical skill to be an elite passer now and it’s mostly a mental thing
  6. I hear you but I’m pretty sure they wanted to control the clock n keep the Ravens offense off the field as long as possible. We’ve seen the McD philosophy against really good offenses a lot over the years. I agree that that can be frustrating as hell at times. .. Also blows my mind when people talk about “WR #1” like we are deprived. Cmon, the beauty of Brady’s O is that everybody eats allows the unpredictability of it. … #1 receiver? …. Even the least known WR’s in the league are world class athletes. I like Brady’s O and think the no #1 is by design to is for that reason. And also, that’s not to mention the salary cap impact. … 1st game of the season so aspects of the team are “works in progress” … Man I love watching Josh air it out tho. Gotta be a healthy mix. .. GO BILLS
  7. I think he broke a finger on that 3rd down play where he slung Shakir down earlier; his hand might have accidentally been caught in his helmet or shoulder pad. Not sure if you saw him go to the locker room from where you were sitting; he eventually came out with his pinky and ring finger buddy-taped together but I can't remember now which hand it was on. Kinda figured that was what must have happened. They were also running some no-huddle right out of the gate and they were clearly well-prepared for this game; much better than the Bills, imo.
  8. This sheds some light on the play where the ravens quick snapped and caught the bills off guard and johnson and bishops blitzes looked late and discombobulated.
  9. I can’t remember the year and too lazy to look it up but the Bills weren’t projected to be very good and they went into Arrowhead with Alex Smith and absolutely dominated the Chiefs that Game. I was pumped watching that dominating performance Obviously the 31-0 game against the Pats for a home opener
  10. I agree. I don't think it's time to start shaming him off his playoff stats just yet though. You acknowledged him as the 3rd best QB, so that's more than "just good". Just good is Geoff IMO. Is he better than Allen? Pure passer, hell no..but to me they are two very diff QBs..
  11. If we had known any of this from our vantage in the stands, I think some people would have heart attacks. Legitimately. It was bonkers enough as is.
  12. Not sure what you're seeing, what was his stat line last year?
  13. I am 100% convinced Hamilton got some of that ball. And if it was with the hand with the broken finger that they buddy-taped earlier, I cannot help but wonder if that mattered.
  14. They had one replay with the center Linderbaum pulling, jumping over DT and then blocking a LB. When their OL is getting to the second level untouched, that doesn’t speak volumes about our DL. Happened a couple of times.
  15. I mean, Oliver ripped the ball away from the ideal, prototype, game-icing RB in the 4th quarter. So...
  16. I still think Lamar isn't an elite passer of the football. I'd take Josh Allen, Mahomes, Burrow, or even Herbert over him in a situation where you are down multiple scores and need to pass yourself out of it. Jackson is an elite QB, but he doesn't have the elite passing ability. Not that he is bad. He isn't. He's a good passser. He just isn't at the level of those other guys. As a total package, he is really special, though.
  17. Is he who let that rusher in from the left side? We're seriously fortunate it wasn't blocked. It was essentially a free rusher, and he knew it too. He should have blocked it.
  18. Bill Belichick f*d up big time by not drafting him.(Lamar Jackson)
  19. Playoffs is where it matters That's what I am saying. Great QBs show up in January.
  20. I stand by my Rory McIlroy is a fraud stance!! Honestly, I am looking forward to listening to the talking heads tomorrow to see how they frame the narrative about this game. I don't want to hear excuses for why the Ravens didn't win, I want to hear praise for how Josh Allen and the Bills willed themselves to a victory. Go Bills!!!!!!!
  21. they have maybe the best personnel in the history of the league to close out a double digit lead in the 4th quarter. They don't even have to put a wr on the field and they can still run the ball effectively into an 8 or 9 man box. They are like the redskins with riggins or dallas with Emmitt. Get a lead late and the game should be over. For some reason they kept throwing the ball!
  22. I didn't realize in real time how close a Raven was to blocking that kick at the end. He knew it, too - he put his head in his hands right after he just missed it. Whew. What a game.
  23. Proud of you. (Proud of both of us.)
