  2. Being in the US for an education is a privilege, how about not being so radical? Good job.
  3. Actual Olympic breakdancing.
  4. Almost no team volunteers anymore. Since 2011, almost all teams that is on Hard Knocks was forced to do so. The only clear exception was 2020 when the Rams and Chargers were trying increase their profile due to the move to LA. In previous years, the Bills were not on Hard Knocks because either (1) nobody cared about the Bills (pre-2018) or (2) the Bills could not be forced to be on since they had been in the playoffs either of the previous two years (post-2018). This season the NFL lifted the restriction regarding playoff teams so there were 20 teams that could be forced to be on the training camp Hard Knocks this season in contrast to only three teams in 2024 (Bears, Broncos, Saints) and four teams in 2023 (Jets, Bears, Saints, Commanders). https://www.si.com/nfl/nfl-teams-eligible-for-2025-hard-knocks-new-criteria It does look like the off-season Hard Knocks has been eliminated due to embarassment it caused the Giants.
  5. I really feel the coaching staff gave him every opportunity. He could have been traded or straight up cut a few seasons ago and people would have understood. Once you are publicly in the “doghouse”, you either work to get better, or shrink and never improve. In feel he did the latter. Could he have been better in a scheme built for his talents? Sure. That’s an interesting part of the NFL. How many players that never made it would have flourished in a different situation, ie: depth, coaching? For whatever reason he was “broken” here. I don’t believe it was largely due to coaching. Personal responsibility.
  6. My rep at the “Experience” stated they are planning a stadium opening of some sort. Didn’t elaborate. My guess it will be a stress test on entering and exiting, food and beverage stations, ushers. Along with walking the stadium, some sort of history exhibit, and a concert.
  7. I think at this point he is so mentally scrambled I'd be surprised if he panned out in Dallas. I don't think coaching was the issue per se. But I always felt it was an odd pick for the scheme. And both personnel and coaching deserve criticism for that because there is no way Beane picked him without McDermott and Frazier (at the time) being confident they could use him. Had he gone to a better scheme fit out of the gate could his career have been different? Maybe. At this point tho I think he will just meakly flame out of the league.
  8. Dude can say whatever he wants. He was given many opportunities to be a player and couldn’t do it. He was picked the same year as a 6th round pick who is a starter and just signed a nice extension. So coaching ain’t the problem.
  9. Today
  10. I don't think Von Miller is going to sign on for a Practice Squad role. I think he'd sooner sit at home and wait for a phone call from someone mid season when injuries strike or Retire.
  11. I’m not saying bring him back but you could put him on the practice squad and you don’t have to cut anyone.
  12. See the 2022-2023 season….
  13. Are the fans with the most money really the most engaged and loud?
  14. Get a W against Balt in week 1 and might as well get ring sizes and plan the parade route right?
  15. As long as these guys live up to expectations, idgaf if they dip their wings in ketchup.
  16. She didn't feel that the laws applied to her. She needs to be shown differently, as do all other judges with this mindset. .
  17. Fabulous. This is what I voted for !
  18. In the span of a single day, Chief Justice Roberts continues his attempts at moderation for the sake of moderation without any actual reasoning. By Josh Blackmon https://reason.com/volokh/2025/05/22/roberts-swings-to-the-left-in-st-isidore-to-the-right-in-wilcox/
  19. That's Slim. Do NOT piss him off.
  20. As I have consistently maintained throughout the thread, The Southern Poverty Law Center Is the Real Hate Machine. “What remains is not a civil rights watchdog but a well-financed paranoia machine — bloated, sanctimonious, and politically drunk on its own self-righteousness.” https://hotair.com/headlines/2025/05/22/the-southern-poverty-law-center-is-the-real-hate-machine-n3803013 And the grift. Don’t forget about the grift. .
  21. THIS is what I voted for. Safe energy independence. That damn China syndrome bull#### set us back 4 decades.
  22. I appreciate @Gugny's attempt to bring some statistical context to it but the records of the teams after appearing on Hard Knocks are irrelevant because the context is what the expectations for that team were. The quick and dirty (and arguably best) way to measure the impact of appearing on the show would be to know what the Vegas over/under for wins was for that team compared to their final record. Also btw, in 14 pages and counting, no one has come remotely close to providing conclusive data that appearing on the show has a generally adverse effect on the subject teams' season. Zero upside? I suppose anything short of a Super Bowl victory will be enough for people agreeing with you to say "I told you so." However Vegas has the Bills wins over/under at 11.5 for the upcoming season. To me if they exceed that win total, there was no adverse effects from appearing on the show. Thank you very much. I'm glad someone else sees it the same way.
  23. I don't think Beane voluntarily put a bullseye on himself. The WGR thing was pretty much a steam of consciousness thing where he was kind of all over the place torn between talking sh!t about how smart he is(Josh Allen 2018 draft) and making excuses why he can't pay a WR and then dropping the "I signed Joshua Palmer" flex at the end. But yeah, the questions about the WR position will be addressed in Hard Knocks. It would be one thing if it were questions about the safety position that Beane was yelling at local media about...........but putting some extra focus on WR also gives HBO an excuse to keep more focus on QB1.
  24. Yes we know you don't watch the NBA anymore, ya say that all the time.
