  2. from Market Watch Rob Smith, a healthcare analyst and managing partner at Capital Alpha Partners, said the Trump administration’s new order is “kind of lacking in any sort of policy detail,” making it hard to evaluate. Trump mentioned using higher tariffs on non-pharma products, including cars, to force deals with other countries, but “it’s really unclear to me exactly how that would play out,” Smith told MarketWatch. “If you really wanted to scare pharma, you would say, ‘In the next 90 days I’m directing CMS to issue a most-favored-nation program that will apply to Medicare drug prices, if the following conditions aren’t met,’” Smith said. “But here it’s sort of directing them to come up with a baseline of prices, and then you have these kind of vague threats to other countries to look to meet those prices and to pharma to try to meet those prices, but there’s no real timeline for when those threats might come to pass or what exactly they would do.” Chris Meekins, a Raymond James analyst, also sounded skeptical before the signing event at the White House. “Trump has a long history in his first term of talking bigger on drug pricing than what his policies would actually do,” Meekins said in a Monday note. “The more grandiose Trump’s proposed executive actions, the less likely they are to be implemented as successful court challenges will be much more likely,” Meekins also wrote.
  3. nope. up to date on all recommended immunizations. I wonder if RFK jr is UTD on typhoid immunizations. you don't find his foolishness a bit disturbing?
  4. Probably a good fit for him to compete with jennings for outside reps opposite Aiyuk.
  5. Don't you have a COVID immunization appointment to get to?
  6. Me too - maybe Josh diving through a table holding the Lombardi??
  7. A guy that swims in shite shouldn't be deciding food policy.
  8. PepsiCo sells 10,000 food brands. Especially in the types of stores that exist in food desserts. Where the poorest and most vulnerable of our inner city youth often go to buy lunch and dinner.
  9. I had been contemplating going to the Berlin NFL game since it is the nearest to where I live, but upon discovering it's Colts vs Falcons I think I'll just book a round of golf for that Sunday.
  10. I only have one request. Put all the primetime games in the 1st half of the season so I can half price my Sunday Ticket for the 2nd half of the season
  11. The difference an extra "n" can make...
  12. hey FunPolice your getting a little too fun right now
  13. Welcome to Capitialism.
  14. "Annals of history" refers to the collective, recorded history of a specific field, organization, or time period. It can be used to refer to a specific historical record, a chronicle of events, or the collection of all recorded history.
  15. NO INTERNATIONAL GAME FOR THE BILLS!!!!! Absolutely AWESOME news, and we have the extra home game this season!!!!!!
  16. Half-man, half-Hailee.
  17. Just got word that the Falcons are playing the Colts in Berlin, Nov 9. Yayyy! I'm working with a guy about getting primo tickets for the Bills-Falcons game here in Mercedes Benz stadium, and my only concern was if the NFL were to scheduled that matchup as an international game. I missed the 2018 game here, so hopefully this will be my chance to enjoy them close to home. Unless the Falcons do one of those consecutive week overseas trips, it's pretty much a sure thing the Bills will be here in Atlanta. Now, need to look into tickets in Charlotte.
  18. I think usually it ends up being a tagged player, and hendricksons deal is essentially a tag but less (his cash this year is 16M vs. 22M for a tag). He's made over 60M already in his career, so sitting out is a lot easier when you have that in the bank. He is about the same age as hunter and 1 year older than garrett - both had their contracts re-done this offseason. There's nothing for him after this year - 0 guarantee's, 0 void years. Based on cap hit for 2025 he's at 20th for DE's, based on cash for this year he's 27th. 58 sacks in 4 years with 11 forced fumbles, 1st team all-pro last year, and led all their linemen in snaps by a pretty large margin. They added a year and some salary prior to 2023 to lock him in through 2025, but i can't imagine he was happy with his contract last year either and after 35 sacks over 2 years and no sign of extension or raise in the immediate future - I really don't see him showing up to work for what is agreed upon. I think his future earnings take a hit if he holds out into the season, but if he gets hurt on his current deal then his future earnings probably take an even bigger hit.
  19. True. Their people revolting is.
  20. If there's an issue with the 747, have Congress vote on it.
  21. I will root for them over the Leafs.
  22. That’s almost certainly fecal flora. How fitting! What an idiot. Perhaps his brain worm came from a similar event. https://www.yahoo.com/news/rfk-jr-posts-photos-swimming-125834642.html?fr=sycsrp_catchall
  23. When they are playing Sunday afternoon, they will get a lot of 4:25 starts as many of their games will be the national game shown to the entire country.
  24. The constant misuse of "apart" is my new loose/lose pet peeve. It's all over the internet.
  25. The man that was transported to ECMC died. The news this AM said a woman was also injured.
