He is absolutely correct. He also said he doesnt support this bill because, while it does provide for some cuts, it will eventually sunset, and the next legislature that has to deal with that sunsetting will have different priorities. That was a big reason he doesnt support the bill. That and he owns a calculator...

To think some people actually listened and followed that message...
