  1. Past hour
  2. And this is an example of why I say stats without context are meaningless.
  3. 2005 Steelers would be my comp. That team had to go on the road for all of their playoff games with a long-tenured coach who could never get over the hump, had no business winning the Super Bowl, but still did due to an insane amount of luck and other factors. This Bills team is going to need some good fortune (for a change) to make a real run.
  4. Also, I think Brady was passing game coordinator at LSU, not OC, and called plays only in certain situations.
  5. And if they lose to the Bengals, by 6pm Sunday night the fans will demand the entire staff and team be blown up and the threads will be about mock drafts and salary cap stuff.
  6. Our love is alive, and so we begin Foolishly laying our hearts on the table Stumblin' in Our love is a flame, burning within Now and then firelight will catch us Stumblin' in
  7. Well at least you got something out of that game
  8. R's who know politics are worried https://www.politico.com/news/2025/12/02/tennessee-election-republican-midterms-fallout-00674124 One GOP consultant, granted anonymity to speak candidly, worried the result in Tennessee signals that Republican voters won’t turn out in significant numbers for candidates other than Trump — a problem that has plagued Republicans in the past. “The Trump coalition is captivated by the force of his personality and willingness to disrupt the established order. There’s not much interest in supporting other ‘politicians’ when Trump isn’t on the ballot,” the consultant said. “The winds are likely to blow against Republicans in federal races in 2026. People are rarely satisfied anymore and they’re looking for someone to punish.”
  9. Wondering what left leaning NGO funds this operation?
  10. My questions for this game: 1) if they sell out to stop the run, will Brady have a plan B? 2) can McD come up with a specific plan to counter Maye? More confident in the second thing than the first.
  11. The chips are being layed down. Play the hand dealt and go win. Seems a certain WC team made it to the Bowl in the early nineties.
  12. From Austria you say? Well throw another shrimp on the barbie, mate
  13. There are some scenarios where the Bills could lose the division but still host the AFC Championship game. Maybe we're in store for one more playoff game there...
  14. Just win, it doesnt matter who we play.
  15. You are assuming they are still husband and wife 10 years from now. For people in Hollywood, that's like 3 life time.
  16. If this Bills team makes it to the Super Bowl, McDermott and his coaching staff should all get Coach of the Year.

  18. Pats may be just as good against good teams and it may end up being meaningless for sure but their schedule played so far has been historically easy I don’t really even think it’s up for debate. Those three different games are going from 3 good/great opponents for the bills to pretty much the 3 worst teams in the league for the pats on top of the already easy afc east schedule and on top of that their bills rematch/ravens game haven’t happened yet if the season ended today they’d have the lowest sos of any team in at least 12 years (espn app won’t go back further) and outside of Chicago this year who has people equally suspicious I’d say no one is even that close. it’ll seemed biased cuz we’re talking bills/pats but three games going from tough for one team to an absolute joke for their opponent is a massive deal in a division race and i feel exactly the same about the bears situation
  19. Since the mid-90s, the internet has made it possible to discuss a wide variety of topics. Anyway, I see a bit of the 2009 Cardinals. Obviously we don't have Fitzgerald or Boldin, but we have a dynamic QB who can turn on the switch and light it up. That team looked awful at times, but then it finally clicked and they went on a run. If Allen gets it going, we can have a run. How's that for optimism!
  20. There's the rub. Brady did wonders at LSU with Burrow, Chase, and Justin Jefferson, which a dead rabbit could do wonders with. Give him merely an MVP quarterback, a solid set of tight ends, and one of the best lines and running backs in the league, he doesn't do so well. Poor guy! How can anyone expect him to thrive without two All-Pro receivers also?
  21. Let me guess, you had the same outrage when the Biden job reports were revised?
  22. Google NFL stadiums not completed on schedule, there are many
  23. Exactly. That regular season record won't mean anything and the only thing remembered is how Josh Allen never even made a SB appearances after how many years now? That's not winning, its a complete failure and will go down in history as just that, like Dan Marino except worse, he at least made a SB and was not as good as Josh Allen.
  24. Of the winning teams you listed I pick these and added one of my own: 2012 Ravens - Above average team with a QB who gets hot and the best pieces of that team hit it hot at the right time 2011 Giants - D-line comes together at seasons end and destroys QBs while QB drives the offense 1997 Broncos - HOF QB with great running game and enough at WR to go with an opportunistic defense. 2010 Packers (My pick) - HOF QB goes nuts come post season with a solid enough roster doing its part. I think the Packers WRs corp was sizably better, but with Kincaid healthy it closes the gap. Cook is a far better RB though then James Stark. Biggest difference is that defense was pretty good, the Bills defense would need to catch up there. Few teams that might be similar but lost the Superbowl? 1999 Titans- Great QB & RB average WR corp. The defense though was super stout which makes the comparison tougher. 1996 Patriots- Offense was dynamic, defense was average so I get the comparison. The coaching staff was lightyears ahead of ours 1992 Buffalo Bills- Probably the worst of the four SB teams but I can see the comparison. 1996-97-89 Denver broncos- HOF QB drags an average roster to SBs ... yea sounds similar lol
