I agree on the swap. I just don’t want their crap currency, and the exchange accomplishes nothing for everyday Americans. I wasn’t aware of the mineral issue. That makes a little bit of sense if there’s value in those resources and if the swap secures those resources at fair value. The other piece looks a lot like an effort to influence the election. Trump is hardly alone in the annals of American history in that respect. This is just sort of a … much more brazen way of doing it.

I agree. And I understand the argument. I understand it because it is a typical arrangement the United States, the IMF, the World Bank, other countries make to help a damaged economy on the road to recovery. Very old-fashioned. I know he is the owner and can do whatever he wants but Jerry needs to step down as GM for the good of his team. He doesn't sign Parsons who is an elite level talent. The he trades a lot of the capital he got from the Parsons trade to sign an older and not quite as good of a player in Williams. Williams is a good player but not on Parson's level. All of this for a Cowboys team that is most likely not making the playoffs.
