  1. Past hour
  2. And my point is that you can win games now but still voice concerns over things like the tackling and play calling , because expectations are higher due to Josh Allen being your QB and not Tyrod Taylor like it was 10 years ago
  3. I thought he was at best average. I don’t think there is a huge difference at this point between Strong and White so in my opinion I’d rather see Strong getting the reps but McDermott is big on trust in the system and White has that but him getting pulled off for a bit was interesting to me. I can’t wait until this defense is healthy(if that’s possible) and not suspended to see just how good we can be on that side of the ball. I’m a big Hoecht fan and want to see how he’ll impact this defense with Bosa and a healthy Oliver/Milano/Hairston
  4. This is why I laugh at the fans who call for McDermott’s head any time the defense falters. There were multiple times where the defense was in a good position today and they just failed to make a tackle. that’s on the players and not coaching. How it gets better - I’m not sure Losing Ed Oliver is like playing without your top defensive player. I think Oliver, Hoecht and Ogunjobi are going to help get the Javon Soloman’s and Jordan Phillips off the field. That should’ve a nice upgrade.
  5. I thought the first one was unnecessary so maybe you just mixed them up. Although I think McD was pretty comfortable with the fact that he wasn't going to need them to stop the clock trailing late.
  6. Spags? He had his shot 2x. Rams 2009-2011 and Giants (interim) 2017 He took a 1-15 team (his 1st year) to 7-9 his 2nd year (missed playoffs by 1 game) then back to 2-14 his 3rd year. A lot went into that, but his huge mistake was, when Pat Shurmer left to become HC in Cleveland, he hired Josh McDaniels as OC, fresh off disaster as the Broncs HC Anyway, the story on him seems to be he's a brilliant DC who is over his head as a HC.
  7. Oh these plucky cowboys
  8. incredible catch by Pickens
  9. If only they had Oliver, Milano, Hoecht, Ogunjobi, and Hairston. I wonder if nearly 50% of the intended starting defense had something to do with our issues against the run?
  10. It’s the whole distributive property of NFL football. some fans think - well the Saints are bad and they Bills could only win by 12. The Patriots scored 40+ to beat the Panthers who are also bad. So that means the Patriots will handily beat the Bills, right? doesn’t work like that You don’t want to peak in Week 4. Ask the 2021 Buffalo Bills
  11. It's not anxiety, just more like nervous energy...but I also like getting steps in so it's a win-win situation. 🤣
  12. Hello Maria. Hot damn that’s a tall glass of beauty.
  13. McDermott continues to have the same issues over and over and over again. Incapable of building and having a championship D despite most of our resources year after year being poured into the D How can a supposed defensive mastermind go through coordinators faster than grandma changes her wet underwear and yet still continues to yield poor results? We still can’t tackle or stop the run every single season . We can’t stop 3rd and long . The D simply isn’t good enough and that falls on McDermott. For having a supposed defensive HC why don’t we get any benefits on the defensive side of the ball? And don’t get me started on the timeouts and challenges . Make it make sense for me If it wasn’t for Josh Allen bailing him out every single week there would be a much stronger drum beat to fire McDermott. Josh saves Mcdermotts butt constantly
  14. Yeah I was questioning this towards the end of the game. It was beautiful day yet players were slipping all game. I don’t recall seeing this so much for ideal weather conditions. Samuel alone slipped about 4 times
  15. I have not analyzed. did white do a decent job? He seemed to be decent. Considering the CB chaos and this poor guy?
  16. Still technically only allowed 19 points And 130 passing yards ... I meant more the run defense clampens up inside the 25 Historically with McDermott.. between the twenties sometimes teams go for five six yards a carry and it does get tighter when McDermott's back is against the wall typically A lot to clean up.. but bills are allowing 22 ppg and we're still getting two good players back and our first round pick If you're allowing 170 yards on the ground you could be giving up 28 30 points in the NFL.. the bills played there c-minus game and scored 30 again They got a lot of work to do but if this is the bills c+ defense it has room to get better.. it certainly is not our A+ game All the best offenses and defenses in the NFL get better as the season progresses .. in December we will know a lot more.. hoecht and ogunjobi are going to help a good amount at run stuffing and some pressure
  17. It’s crazy we can score on anyone any time. Our D has got to figure out a way to get the run D buttoned up and get home more on our pass rush. 4-0 part is good. Long season. Let’s just hope our D settles in and gets the kinks out.
  18. It’s a week to week league and it’s only week 4. Will a “statement game” in week 4 matter much in Week 18? We’ve seen many times where it didn’t
  19. My point is winning games is all that matters. All those times we "almost" won got us diddly-squat. Now maybe the Saints almost won today. Good for them. They still lost and we won.
  20. Lamew's post game press conference...🤣🤣
  21. You could have stopped at "imagine being a Cowboys fan"
  22. He struggles talking to his team in these victory speeches. Yet he's more articulate as we saw in Hard Knocks, talking to team in the class setting. Go figure?
  23. I didn’t love the call in that situation
