Taron Johnson has had such an up and down career but this season it feels different. It's likely time to move on. I don't think there's any real answer on the roster though.

In McDermotts first season as head coach of the Buffalo Bills, he snapped the longest active playoff drought amongst the four major professional sports leagues, and he did it with Jo…I mean Nathan Peterman and Tyrod Taylor. Did Allen help with the win totals? Sure. But I’d argue McDermott was going to be good regardless based on his initial results. Also there’s more to a football team than one guy as we all know, this is a well deserved accolade

How did your actions yesterday help the Bills win? Something you ate? Did you change your shirt at halftime? Kick that annoying friend/relative out of the house? Make other plans instead of watching the game? I’ll start… No Bills gear worn as usual, but I did end up watching some of the game. The wife, without checking with me, made plans for us to take her mother Christmas shopping. I was able to see most of the first half at the restaurant that we stopped for lunch but missed a lot of the second half as we were going store to store. So, you're welcome.

it doesn't, though. & the bills didn't lose to the Jets. lol the Bills net losses based on talent and effort are far below the losses of the Patriots. the Bills losing to the Fins and Falcons were very important. both those opponents played their best games of the season at that moment. the patriots have shown up and outlasted in many games they should have lost. the first year effect of Vrabel has been a big part of that. but now that we are in december the Bills play their best ball and Allen goes Alien. will that matter against the patriots? no, regardless of any outcome. the Bills are not winning the division.

Gesicki has given this team problem for his entire career for one reason or another. They also had their hands full with jamarr chase lining up inside with some frequency. TJ seems to be playing a bit slower this year, and i wonder if quad/groin injuries are a big part of that.

100% sure. Get back to me when Drake holds as many NFL records as Allen. Even if Drake gets to the SB before Allen ... Allen is still the better QB

Savage has played some Nickel in his career and I think he would be a great nickel in this system. Has good size and has shown in the past to be a ball hawk. Problem is he has to learn the playbook and fast

I disagree. I don't think they turned it on at all. They got a timely turnover similar to last year. The Josh put his cape on to carry them to victory. That IMO is the problem, Josh can't play like he did in the 4th quarter for a full game. I will add, if they don't get a turnover the defense also struggles. If Benford doesn't get that INT, they probably lose that game. The Bengals were moving the ball with ease on this defense.

We tend to see things that happen randomly in clumps as a trend. Joe Burrow isn’t suddenly a prolific thrower of INTs, for example, just because he threw two in a row.

@thenorthremembers is correct. I'm kind of getting tired of hearing how terrible a job Beane has done on the roster. Do we not have a top 5 offensive line for how many years running now? Do we not have the best running game in the NFL? I recall the 20' -23' Bills teams and how a lot of the complaints at the time is that we could never build a consistent running game to help Allen. Our defense isn't total garbage like the Bengals historically bad defense. Yeah, the Bengals have maybe the best WR tandem in the league, how is that working for them? Missed the playoffs how many straight years now? Between the Chiefs, Ravens, Bengals and Bills it appears the Bills have the best overall roster despite our WR woes.
