17 consecutive wins in one-score games was not sustainable, and now they’ve lost two in a row. They are essentially the same team, with the same QB and coaches, but they didn’t get the breaks they needed. If anyone takes them for granted they’re stupid, but these Chiefs are NOT the dominant force they have been. As a fan I’m trying to focus myself on one week at a time, like the team does. It’s easy to get ahead of ourselves and look at what might be, but I’m going to enjoy the ride one week at a time. If this Bills team and stay reasonably healthy, everything will take care of itself.

That your point is that one idea is worse than the other idea because it is actually getting implemented in places while the other is still merely conjecture and overwhelmingly criticized was in fact missed. They both are really bad ideas and are IMHO representative of the extreme ends of the authoritarianism spectrum. Agreed. It’s ok to like Hawes (I certainly do) without dissing Knox. Yes, he had a couple of drops, but he is important to this team and offense.
