  1. Past hour
  2. Ok Boomer. Over here bragging about receiving social security...must be nice. Enjoy our money pops.
  3. Still willing to buy VIP if not, then looking for regular tickets to July 23 or 25th. I will pay
  4. This is why we don't let our autopen do drugs, children. I'm stealing that.
  5. And if you are the average American, it doesn't affect you at all. Imagine, a Supreme Court Justice, so unqualified as to criticize her peers for taking a "pure texualism" view of interpreting the constitution. Calling all lefties, this is why the right does not value you're existence, you are children.
  6. If only those powerless had working runway lights. Here is a thought, don't let r3tards fly planes.
  7. Brian Brohm? Really? Are you serious? The man had zero for an arm.....
  8. Darn in Columbus I think the only games there were not on here Arz, Tenn Ind Pats Jets Pats
  9. Maybe a bit of truth here, but some outlets are definitely worse than others. Yet we've taken shooting the messenger to an alarmingly high level which only worsens things and shows what we've become.
  10. >>> "OK, Mr. Adams. Read the third line down on the eye chart." <<< "Read it?! I just drafted him!"
  11. Today
  12. Hey remember this genius comment after I noted that failure to maintain this stuff usually is a local gov issue? NTSB preliminary report noted that the runway alignment lights had been inoperative for three years. They could not begin repair because they were awaiting a California mandated "environmental impact study." Total state issue. So the lights had been in place for a very long time, but when they were to be replaced it suddenly triggered and environmental impact study and wasn't fixed for three years? The bottom line is that the guy flew well below approach minimums, but the non operational items at that airport were clearly local issues, as I clearly pointed out.
  13. This update sucks.
  14. We’re deciding between KC and Tampa. We normally like to go into September, but there are only duds at 1pm on a Sunday. I know KC is a 4pm game. My reasoning is we want to only take a Friday, Monday off, and night games for me stink. Too late given my body is up at 5am everyday whether working or not.
  15. All true although Zay's receiver coach from ECU had been hired on staff and they had a link at Temple through a guy who had interned in Carolina. Still the case that the 2017 draft other than Tre does not look the same as their MO ever since.
  16. Have you been under a rock for 15 years? It already is out of reach. College is done. It might be for the best. AI doing the work for them and elitist universities just produce Anti American ***t libs.
  17. The pitch: Keep tariffs high, but extend them 12 months. Give global partners time to lower non-tariff barriers, adjust their economies, and stabilize supply chains without lifting pressure. It’s a reset button with a timer. Uncertainty is a drag on GDP: Sløk cites a VAR model showing that a 1 SD rise in policy uncertainty drops GDP by 0.2 pts. More clarity, even under a tough regime, helps business planning, hiring, and markets. The Play: $400 billion/year in tariff revenue. That’s not nothing. It’s a de facto tax on global trade partners that offsets deficits and boosts U.S. leverage. The idea isn’t to end tariffs. It’s to normalize them and use the certainty to force foreign economies to adapt, not retaliate. Risky? Yes. But shrewd and smart? Absolutely. This isn’t a temporary negotiating bluff. We've written about this several times and agree with Sløk. It’s a paradigm shift in how tariffs are used, as fiscal tools, not just trade weapons. Trump may be playing a longer game than people think.
