  1. Past hour
  2. Well, at least we'll get an influx of talent after the bye week and we might still be 6-0. Hoecht, Ogingobe and possibly Hairston. We'll see, I hope we see Hairston's 21-day practice window open soon.
  3. I don’t even know what our “starting lineup” was supposed to look like, and can’t really picture the last time we had 11 intended starters on defense able and ready to line up..
  4. How can you argue with this?
  5. Well the video should be interesting lol, I'm sure it will come out eventually
  6. The problem is violence has become an acceptable response to political expression or rhetoric that someone disagrees with. Sadly the policies of DAs, judges and the people that keep electing them, prioritize criminals instead of hardworking taxpayers(victims). Cashless bail, not prosecuting violent crimes, defunding and diminishing law enforcement encourages this dangerous trend.
  7. Or Ciarlo had a good week of practice that the coaches took note of and believe he earned a chance on the roster?
  8. Great. Sounds like the Bills are fielding their pre-season rosters on defense. is it just my imagination or not that over the past 3 or so years, the Bills seem to have an inordinate amount of non-season-ending injuries that take out starters and often same position #2’s for multiple weeks? is there something about their technique, conditioning, or are the Bills just overly cautious about activating hurt players? It’s mostly on defense, but even the punters and kicker are among the walking wounded this year.
  9. Ugh! Dane Jackson is the only CB on the PS. At least he's experienced and knows the system. The Patriots aren't loaded with high end talent at receiver, so that's something. Diggs and Boutte both know what they're doing though. I don't imagine there are any great CBs out there in free agency five weeks into the season. Not going to help tomorrow, but it looks like Kendall Fuller is still available. He was lousy last year, but was dealing with a lot of injuries. Maybe he's got something left in the tank at 30 years of age.
  10. Oliver does just enough to make you think he’s eventually going to have a great season but it never comes.
  11. I will defer to the judges here, of course, but isn’t that at least 1.5?
  12. Arch Manning sucks… I hope he ends up in Miami.
  13. Said this in another post, but Ciarlo over Jenkins was surprising to me. We've called up Jenkins twice already to fill in for injuries at LB. We only have 1 more call up for him and had all 3 call ups for Ciarlo. So from just a roster management standpoint, it would have made more sense to elevate Jenkins to the 53. Hopefully though, we get both Milano and Williams back soon and we don't take any more injuries to the LB position to where something like that would matter.
  14. In my younger years, absolutely. Now quickly approaching 60, no time for that stuff. I'd rather drink at home and listen to the radio. (And surfing the net).
  15. Boozing into the wee hours is the morning have been part of the best memories I've ever had. Especially when travelling.
  16. I made a post about Strong on Thursday, hoping that it was just some stiffness in the neck but noting it was worrisome to see a Full Practice on Wednesday and then a DNP on Thursday with a Neck designation. I'm really curious to know what happened as IR for Neck doesn't sound good. This is the second time we've moved a player to IR from one position and signed someone to the 53 from another position. All the injuries at DT and LB seem to have facilitated this. Kind of surprised to see Ciarlo brought up over Jenkins. We've called Jenkins up twice already due to LB injuries and haven't called Ciarlo up once. So just from the stand point of having only 1 more call up for Jenkins and having all 3 for Ciarlo, I'd have figured it made more sense to do it the other way around. But as for Boundary CB's, they must feel that both Ja'Marcus Ingram and Cam Lewis (who can play anywhere in the Secondary) is above Dane Jackson and they're going to roll with Benford, White, Ingram, and Lewis. Or we're dealing with so many injuries that they felt it more important to bring up 2 DT's and a LB this week than it would to have Jackson in over Lewis. Either way, here's hoping that we're healthier next week and can call up Dane then if necessary. And that we open Hairston's practice window after this week and can have him in Week 8 or Week 9.
  17. There are several things I imagine aren't true here: That Sanchez was himself ordering Door Dash That Sanchez was sober That Sanchez is blameless That Sanchez is a super patient, mellow dude when he isn't sober. I may be wrong but those are my hunches!
  18. I hope you're right.
  19. It wasn’t that hard of a question. What did you find racist about the sombrero meme?
