How come nobody has signed himi? My guess is he's not healthy. If he was he'd be asking more than we have to spend anyways but that I'll be the first to admit you can juggle the cap. I don't think he's healthy.

This bothers me more than signing Phillips. Klein was the whipping boy beforer Elam and he's not any younger or faster or better at covering anyone. Hopefully Dorian is even better is pass defense this year and Klein doesn't see the field.

Too soon to know for sure on any of these groups. I would argue linebacker will likely be a bigger need if Milano leaves. Even if Dorian William can start that leave Buffalo Joe as the only other guy. If Coleman stays healthy and is more consistent this year our top 3 at WR will be set next year. If shavers can be a a decent number 4/5 we might be looking for a number 4/5 in the middle rounds.

Did someone rule out Tre White for week 1? If he has a low to mid grade ankle, he will be ready and fine. He just needs to hold down the spot for 4 weeks, if Max put on IR.

Everything I have heard about Milton this preseason is how poorly he has played. He’s not the answer at backup QB

They already brought in two retread DBs with White and Jackson. If they felt like they need more Rasul Douglas is still out there. If New England cuts Alex Austin the Bills could bring him back as well. Is Micah Hyde still in town for another run on the PS?

Injuries are a reality of the game. Every team gets them. Maybe the Bills get their share in setbacks early, and get everybody back healthy for the playoffs which would be a big positive!

Asante Samuel Jr., Steph Gilmore, Kendall Fuller, Rasul Douglas, and Mike Hilton are the best FA CB’s available (from Google). Not a spectacular list to choose from.

Great post and agreed on Tez Johnson. Bills scouting department seems to care more about RAS and measurables than actual production to let guys like Tez Johnson fall and draft guys like Justin Shorter. I also think both Moore and Shavers make it at the expense of Samuel. Samuel is a waste and will either be cut (regardless of $) or stashed as IR/PUP. I doubt anyone would trade for him

I imagine this means they have been in contact with Peterson all along. Also assume they feel like they need another veteran who has proven he can play in the room. if sanders were to start at the 1 tech or back up jones at the 1 tech then Peterson can backup Oliver at the 3 tech along with walker. this leaves Carter in limbo and Ogunjobi also even with the suspension. would be a bummer to sell Carter off now when you are selling him at his lowest value.

Why do people keep saying this? Hopefully everyone can see this and realize Oji/Hoecht do NOT count toward the initial 53 due to suspension. No reason to move on from Oji.

Not sure this is a precursor to Carter being moved, as others have speculated. Certainly has nothing to do with Oji. I genuinely think the coaches have been disappointed in the interior pass rush, and backup DE play as well. If there is one thing Jordan does well, its bring a "spark"/energy to the field. He also is good for 1-2 explosive pass rushes per game. I think they've seen flashes in some young players up front, but nothing consistent. So we likely carry 11 DL until Hoecht and Oji suspensions end, then hopefully have a difficult roster decision. Carrying 11 isnt unheard of with our team. Not sure a 6th LB is worth rostering

I don’t think it’s blunders. It’s more bringing in culture guys that know the system and can teach the young guys. I think it’s a good signing.
