I can’t take it any easier than I do. So all good there. I would hire Danny Devito before I hire mcbean again. I believe that team would always come up short.

beane gets fired and you are the new gm

a 70%+ win percentage for 6 years is mediocrity? 5 division titles in a row is mediocrity? are you kidding? you must not have been around for the drought. -
Time to Rebuild? Too Many Beane Holes.

I get that perspective and am hopeful something drastic happens but I don’t think it will. Since the Pegulas took ownership and hired beane as GM the value of the bills has, something like, doubled. -
I think the Bills offense will have a lot more success against the Steelers D.
-
The players like him as a guy, but they other tahn zJsoh and Cook, I don't think they are motivated by him to excel. Perfect example is Coleman--why on earth would a guy like that, with everyone expecting him to take the next step, would he need to be a healthy scratch multiple times for behavioral issues? Why would it happen even once?? These guys are not inspired by McD, clearly they don't fear him as a leader. I think he's losing the locker room. He's gotta go.
-
I don't think he is too soft, but I do think he prefers to be "one of the guys" and that is his style of leadership. That is great and it can/does work for a while. But I think ultimately a 30 year old tier 1A QB in the NFL has to really embrace being "The Guy". If you want a guy like Flacco then you can have Ray Lewis be the last guy out of the tunnel for every home game. When you have a guy like Brady, Brady is the last one out of the tunnel every home game. (This is a metaphor not a literal directive)

The crazy part about this is, if they followed more than a few posters on here as far as draft advice goes, we would be in a much better situation right now. I’m not saying that for myself, but quite a few posters. That’s really sad truthfully. So kudos to you guys. I mean, sure, we would have collectively avoided some of the misses, but we also would have collectively missed a whole lot, too.

What scares me is what is the motivation to put a good product on the field with a new stadium? Guaranteed sellouts moving forward with the PSL’s. -
Remaining Schedule, how will this play out?

Mmm, three turnovers. -
I would fire and waive people at halftime
-
Burrow looks like he might play Sunday. We'll definitely face him.
-
Brady needs to be fired one second after the last game of the season. He is a complete moron if he couldn’t see that the OL was drowning and needed a TE kept in to assist with pass blocking. He is going to get Allen killed. Buffoon. 😡
-
We win the rest.
-
????? I don’t understand this take. It’s a message board! We have differing opinions. Should be celebrated. Too many people like this. Accept mediocrity. Take it easy, Danny DeVito. It was a joke. I don't accept mediocrity.

They were bad, Brown hurt of course. But a quick separator would have helped a lot. We have no one that bails him out. -

McDermott is the Marvin Lewis of Marty Schottenheimers. So ready for his tired act to be gone. Should've been fired after 13 seconds. -

The only thing that heartens me about that game is their defense may actually be WORSE than ours. -

Who do you most blame for the current state of the Bills?
billsfan714 replied to KentuckyBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Both Beane and McD. I think we have already seen their ceiling with a generational QB and are going to see their floor in the coming years. How many years in are we and there is not one difference maker on the defense, not a one. -

There are a lot of obvious changes, but here's one I don't see a lot. I want a different offensive scheme with different verbiage. I want Josh Allen to spend the offseason learning a completely new playbook. That will present a challenge for him. -
