Listen just like age catches up with coaches It catches up with pundits lol And I really respect Greg and he does know a lot about football.. he's a guy that I would respect more than most talking heads But this is the exact type of offense that people would be drooling over for 20 years saying this is how you win in the postseason If Patrick mahomes had our running game and our offensive line people would be punching his ticket to the Super bowl
-
I usually love what Cossell has to say, but he is dead wrong. The Bills are built for a playoff run.

I heard McD has them playing barefoot in the field house and covered the field with legos. Old school football. -
Considering this is considered the preeminent NFL message board in the country no most of us are not going to opposing teams forums lol We have jobs and families.. there might be a couple people that do But we are very content being around Bills fans .. like I never thought about going on the Patriots forum Probably because there's 11 hardcore fans in the fan base.. that's why everybody comes here because our fan bases more passionate than everybody

Can you sum this up in one word or less?
-
But, but the Bills are DEEP… yeah, with “good, not great” players. Without game changers at key positions - WR and DL especially - we are stuck in the mid tier playoff team pack. To me it is painfully obvious that we have a superstar QB on a middling roster. Optimism regarding McBeane = no chance at a SB (most likely)

Speed is where it’s at. Force exerted goes up Squared in relation to speed. 1 times speed = 1 times force 2 times speed = 4 times force 3 times speed = 9 times force To the OP point, Newton’s 1st law of inertia A body in motion stays in motion. Dudes can’t stop at the last second.
-
Now, look at that happening 65+ times a game for a player over a three hour span. And we sit on the couch eating chips complaining that guys can't stay healthy.
-
Only part of this I dispute is that you won.
-
You should know there's a lot of high school and college teams where you're not cracking the top two unless you block your butt off Obviously some wide open schools like Ohio State they value receiving talent over everything But plenty of mid major schools you're not cracking the lineup without being a passionate blocker

I have a feeling that Houston is going to win the AFC South, and that’s a place I’d really prefer to avoid, especially in the first round. As long as we don’t have to play them first, I’d be ok with a wildcard.
-
All of this is pretty obvious to anyone that's been paying attention. Beane's offensive neglect is almost criminal at this point. Yes, we got a few years out of Diggs and we took a stab at Amari and drafted Kincaid but none of this is even remotely enough. Cook has panned out, but I'm convinced there are guys we could have signed over the years if we sweetened the pot, free agents, draft day moves (AJ Brown, and DK come to mind). As long as McBeane have been here theyve never once prioritized the O they way they have the D. Imagine ending your years w/Josh and have that be your legacy.. well, we never thought it was important enough to give him more offensive weapons. 😕

The running game is good enough to carry the team in some of these playoff games
-
And then miss the blatantly obvious decision right in front of them.

I did not say Maye has a better EPA, I contend Josh does and was questioning the OP stating Maye had a higher EPA. Reading comprehension is a skill - Yesterday

Yeah hoping sore toe / foot from being stepped on. Agree, the practice injuries have taken a toll and strangely high frequency. But unless youre monitoring other teams, its happening there too. Ie: TJ Watt was hospitalized last night for lung discomfort during Wed practice -

If I have to obey the laws my wife sets down, NFL players can certainly obey the laws of physics. Get out of here with that stuff! I need to see the math on this one.
