  2. This implies he was worse than people that were cut last year? I thought down the stretch he played well. I dont know why you have to try somoene else if youre please with his play. If they werent please with his play then why not call someone else up last year if hes not better than anyone on the PS (again not sure what you mean by not better than anyone). Do you think Amari had a better postseason than Samuels? Keon? Samuels was certainly more efficient than both. I also have concerns on Samuels availability but thats a reason to put him on a pitch count more than its cause to cut him and roster shavers. your logic implies that you are on team fire McDermott too.
  3. Feel like this is a double entandre, kid must be crushed for ending the season how they did, I got 10 years on him, I know I'd be
  4. You can do both. You can stash the majority in "go fishing" portfolios, and take a bit and do the research and do individual issues, including options. It doesn't have to be one strategy. Chess vs. checkers.
  5. i had not thought of this but both of you are spot on. it makes sense like that. if guys are purposely playing through concusion and circumventing the protocols that's one thing, but for teams to enable smelling salts is supporting it with teams and staff likely knowing why they do it.
  6. Oh I know it. If they had had a choice I'm sure McD would have said no.
  7. he has some all world talents, and some room to improve. it puts him among the very very good, but not the generational talents
  8. Why do you dilute your argument by stating that Dems gave illegals the right to vote? That simply did not happen…anywhere or anytime…
  9. I would also be happy with him on the roster. I dont think he has more value over Samuels. Pretty certain Bills agree with me or else they would have called him up for the active roster in the playoffs last year. Everything you said applies to postseason (unless you think Samuels play has diminished from last year). So to say Shavers should be more is of more importance to the roster than Samuels is not supported by the evidence. Again I would be very happy with Shavers on the team.
  10. AB$OLUTELY Just like every decision and rule the NFL implements. It's to protect the shield and make/keep as much money as possible. I was questioning all this until the concussion thing was mentioned. Makes total sense why they would stop providing them.
  11. I wonder how much of the decision for teams not to provide the inhalants is somehow tied into potential litigation in future years regarding how concussions are handled.
  12. That was Joe Brady asking for a guy he got good production out of in Carolina.
  13. Of course it's ultimately Cooks decision and action. And he has decided to prioritize maximizing his payout. So he is listening to his hired negotiator on how to get there.
  14. So…exploding wages and tariffs are awesome….? inflation ?
  15. And who said we’re stopping global free trade?
  16. The private lot folks are getting too greedy. $40-$50 to park a mile from the stadium?
  17. I understand the health concerns, but Samuel had big tds in both playoff games last year.
  18. No team is going to take that contract. Even the greats fumble on occasion and I think Beane fumbled here
  19. Nothing like unbounded optimism. I am old enough to remember when Obama ushered in a new Democratic century. Well, not true. But there is a troubling issue with income/wealth distribution in America. It far predates Trump (even Trump 1.0). What you guys would call "globalism" is really nothing more than "a free economy." Bernie would say it's a Winner Take All economy. Tyler Cowen called it "Average is Over." A good read.
